I had a great experience at Firehouse Subs! The customer service was excellent — the staff was friendly, upbeat, and really seemed to care about making sure my order was right. They greeted me as soon as I walked in, helped me decide what to get, and even checked in to make sure everything tasted good.
I ordered the Italian sub, and it was amazing. The meats were perfectly balanced — a mix of spicy and savory — and the melted provolone tied it all together. The bread was warm and toasted just right, giving that perfect crunch without being too hard. The fresh veggies and their signature dressing really made the flavors pop.
Overall, Firehouse Subs delivered both great service and a delicious sandwich. Definitely one of the best Italian subs I’ve had in a while! Highly recommend.

Look, firehouse subs fire. They are delicious, no doubt about that. However, guys at cashier’s are always mean and condescending. Y’all need to be nicer to people. We are all humans. God Bless.

I honestly love the food here and eat here often, but unfortunately the last few visits haven’t been great due to the lack of enthusiasm in the staff. We used to get greeted with a “welcome in” when you walked in the door, now they don’t even acknowledge you. The last few people who took our order at the counter seemed like a zombie with minimal expressions. When we received our food, we said “thank you” and got no response back… just silence. It’s awkward and uncomfortable to be here because of the workers.

Food is always very good. The staff here clearly do not like what they do. It’s like we are bothering them when approached at counter. Very unprofessional and uncomfortable for the customer. Maybe I’m old school, love what this company is about but staff needs some accountability.
