We had an absolutely wonderful experience at The Raven Social! The food was out of this world—bursting with flavor, beautifully presented, and served piping hot. Every dish looked as divine as it tasted. Our server, Maddie, was incredibly sweet, kind, and attentive, making the entire evening even more enjoyable. Huge compliments to Chef Steve—hats off to your talent in the kitchen! We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Stopped here last night after a day of skiing, this is the first time we have been about to get in, usually we stop in the summer and it’s packed. Excited to finally try the place, great service, great food, great menu selection. We will be back. Most of all, my son has food allergies and without any hesitation the server instantly went off menu and suggested something. That was awesome!

Mushroom ravioli is 5 stars. I read so many positive reviews about their ravioli and they are not wrong. It is very basic. Just cream sauce with mushrooms ravioli yet so good.
If the hush puppies are bigger size , they would be better. I prefer larger hush puppies because you get a bigger contrast between the crunchy shell and soft cornbread. I would rate it 3/5
I think I walk in late and therfore felt like I got ignore. Maybe I get better service next time during normal dining hours.
The restaurant is huge. You can probably host event in there. Looks like a refurbished barn. Very unique design indeed.

We were just passing through town looking for lunch. First impressions, not busy at all compared to the place across the street, Clam Lake Beer, who was a 40 minute wait for 2 on a Friday lunch. At the time of our seating, 4 small tables filled with 1 large family, then us. We were seated immediately.
They have a large bar in the back. Looks nice, totally empty.
We ordered waters and a soda (not time for the fun stuff yet)… that’s later tonight when we arrive in Elk Rapids. I LOVE THE ICE IN MY DRINK! those nice little nuggets of ice.
We ordered our food pretty soon after we were sat down. On my way to find the bathroom our host directed me back to the restrooms. 2 doors, both labeled “Whatever” in place of the traditional gender markings Male or Female. Meh
Food came out quick. It was very good!

Just dodged in to this place to escape the weather and were we glad we did! Amazing food! The host was very friendly and accommodating. We had entered some crowded and not so cozy restaurants just before we found this. Our waiter was great even though they were busy. Sat by the window and my husband had the monte cristo and the tomato basil bisque. I had the grill cheese and same soup. Both were amazing! Seriously one of the best finds on our trip home from a Fall vacation. Definitely going back!

Definitely make reservations! We stopped in twice and both times were busy!!! Once at the bar once near that section. Service was a little slow bur but awful. We ordered the salad with smoked salmon and the Mac n cheese, both were so good!! The drinks are so unique too!! The place was so clean even the bathrooms!! Live the way they decorated!!! Loved it all!!

My family and I have been to the raven social several times and always leave impressed! They are constantly bringing new things to their menu, and so far, they have been great change ups! Highly recommend giving their specials a try when they have them, but their normal menu items are delicious as well. If you are a mushroom fan definitely give their mushroom soup, mushroom ravioli, and jagerschnitzle(has mushrooms) a try! So delicious! Their staff is always very knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. Warm and inviting, yet edgy atmosphere. Perfect for a quiet evening for two, but also definitely roomy for a whole party. Such a lovely experience! The food was AMAZING! It was so fresh and amazing quality. It’s a cozy atmosphere, perfect for dates, business or family! The food is pricey but you really are getting what you pay for in amazing quality and quantity!! The service was excellent. Everything was clean- and the bathrooms were also clean and beautiful! If the bruschetta ever gets taken off the menu I don’t know what we will do!! We will definitely be back

My family and I really enjoyed our meal here. The ravioli was a hit. The Cadillac chicken was tender and flavorful. The parmesan fries tasty. And they have more than a few gluten free options. Plus our server was so kind, and really helpful in finding out which dessert options were gluten free. Would return.
