i didn’t personally go in but i was on the phone with my friend who just so happened to be black and the second he asked for a drink she was extremely rude i was in face time with him and the lady just had a real bad attitude to anything he said even when he asked for the wings to be cooked a little more she said it wasn’t her problem then he proceeded to pay for his food and when he said his chip on his card was broke that that she’d have to swipe it she said “that it’s my responsibility” so i’m not sure if she’s having a bad day or just raciest but would not recommend going!!

What a little gem. SUPER clean place. Food was great with higher quality ingredients. We had the meat lovers pizza and loved the thin crust. Owner mentioned homemade daily buns and local meat for burgers. Looking forward to trying again

Lady behind the bar was so darn rude right when we walked in. We just wanted a little food and a drink. It was noon on a Friday and it was dead. I turned to my husband told him I refuse to give this place our service and we left. If you don’t want to be nice, don’t work in customer service.

Terrible customer service. I came here for some food and Sue did not greet or welcome me at all. She seemed like she didn’t even want me to be there and I couldn’t even ask for a drink because she went in the back and didn’t come out or ask how I was doing. I even gave her a decent tip and she couldn’t say goodbye to me. Definitely not coming back and wouldn’t recommend others come here.

Hubbie and I had burgers on homemade buna. They were delicious! Fries great also. Cocktails were enjoyable and served by the owners who were sweet, kind, genuine people. Definitely recommend.

Advertising breakfast! 1st asked me what I wanted to drink! Leaning towards alcohol! I stated nothing! Brought me a little square menu! Just breakfast sandwiches! I stated I thought you had more to offer! Bartender stated they really only have breakfast set up for Quad Graphics employees who order takeout!! Then the bartender gave me options of other restaurants in the area to go to!! Lol! Recommend Rout 66 highly! Lol! I left! Lunch and dinner is probably geared towards Quad Graphics also! Take care of carry out but to hell with the people that want to sit down and have a decent meal! Miss Rock The House Big Time!! And yes like a lot of the other reviews staff was rude! When I was there there was a sales rep. Of some sort that was doing business with another rep. And after I left I went to Hoff’s in Brownsville to pick up my favorite beef sticks and the one guy was there and recognized me and stated he seen me at quitting time! We had a good conversation and he had nothing good to say about the Dump he called it!! Lol!! Won’t be long and there will be new owners or a empty building that the apartments or Michales Corporation 2 doors down can buy!! Won’t go back or recommend! I work for a large auto dealership and will get the word out! Customer service is most important!
