Great breakfast AGAIN. We came to Denver area to see family from Oregon and ate at First Watch for the third time out of four days Rian our server was AWESOME!! Kudos the whole staff making us feeling like regulars. We WILL BE back next trip again.

First Watch in Centennial is basically breakfast heaven with a DJ spinning flavor remixes!

I went off-menu (shhh ) and had the biscuits & gravy with honey chipotle chicken added. OH. MY. YOLKS. Drizzled it with syrup and suddenly I was living in a parallel universe where chicken & waffles had an even tastier cousin. Absolute flavor explosion!

My wife rocked the honey chipotle chicken hash — one bite and she gave me that don’t even think about stealing a forkful look.

Daughter #1 DESTROYED her pumpkin spice pancakes like a fall-themed wrecking ball . Daughter #2 is a French toast snob and declared, “These ones PASS the test!” ✅ (If she approves, trust me, they’re legit.)

We kicked things off with pumpkin spice donut holes dunked in caramel + icing. ✨ Let’s just say… they disappeared faster than my WiFi when I’m trying to stream Netflix.

And the drinks? Forget Starbucks, this was a science lab of deliciousness:
1. Honey Caramel Crunch iced coffee ☕ (dessert in a cup)
2. Blazing Dragon (fruity firepower!)
3. Purple Haze ✨ (lavender + lemon + butterfly pea flower tea = sippable magic potion)

First Watch, you’ve officially ruined me for boring breakfasts.
