The manager is so wonderful. He was able to get me the breakfast sausage burrito even though they haven’t had any prepped since this morning. He was so kind and took care of business professionally. I have to say this location is always on spot with food being fresh, fast service, and kind employees. Thank you for making my stressful shopping day much better!

The guy up front should work on his attitude and professionalism. Not sure if he is a manager but that doesnt NOT give you the right to treat someone like trash. My wife went in after they forgot one of our burgers. The guy up front was yelling at her asking if he did it wrong she says “no you just forgot one of my burgers”. Afterwards he tells her okay because I dont want to hear it. So she waits a few minutes while hes chatting it up with people then throws the bag on the counter, the bag breaks and he leaves. To make it worse he purposely did the burger wrong. If you hate your job so much maybe you should quit. I wish i go his name. Considering talking to corporate. Absolute child.

This location at least mid morning was very dirty. Dried ketchup splattered on front of cash register for ordering, several tables not cleaned, soda and napkins area the same. Bathroom look liked it wasn’t cleaned in a few days with the sink having dried food with someone possibly brushing their teeth. At the time, it didn’t seem busy for the location to not be cleaned, but maybe they were short staffed and had a very busy early morning.

Morgan is one of the best employees I have ever seen ever of any establishment I’ve ever been in. The care and dedication he displayed on a Monday night, I’ve never seen anything like it, real King stuff. You can tell he’s on that grind and making sure everyone is happy. If being a phenomenal employee and a nice person was illegal, Morgan would be the FBI’s most wanted because of how amazing he is. If you come to McDonald’s and see Morgan here trust and know you will be taken care of and leave very happy.

If I could give this negative stars I would. I eat McDonald’s frequently enough that I never get sick from it. I got a double cheeseburger and I should have known I would get food poisoning the second I noticed the obscene amount of grease on my burger. I had driven my aunt 2 hours to York Hospital, only to contract food poisoning on my lunch break and after going back to the hospital I then had to wait hours to drive my aunt home who was fresh out of surgery. This took an already exhausting day and made it absolutely miserable. I called the next day to AT LEAST get refunded and nobody ever bothered to call me back. Horrible customer service & even worse food, DO NOT EAT HERE.

Okay then. Didnt say anything and went to our seat. My son sat down and I went to the restroom. Finished my business and no toilet paper – wonderful. Went back up front and kindly stated “sorry to bother again but there is no toilet paper in the second stall when you get a moment” “okay” she replied.
I asked my son if he has heard our name be called or table number – he replied no. Then she comes around the corner, throws our bag on the table and says “after 7pm we dont do table service” and walks off. Awful service start to finish.

Just ordered through door dash…. Ordered two 10 pieces only got 1… no straws couldn’t enjoy slurpee… no sauce I added with nuggets and fries… cookies missing… ice was in my drink when I said no ice it was really flat …. Please follow instructions better thanks

Ordered a large spicy chicken sandwich, large fries, and a froxen coke. Sandwich was good but not hot. Fries were not as tender as I remember them. But the coke slushy was decent. All in all the food was ok just not hot like in Boston.
Edit: Came a second time and this time the sandwich and fries were much warmer. Last time I gave them a 3 for mediocrity. Now I give a 4. A four because the nuggets were bland but everything else including the shake was good. 🙂
