Stopped by this Subway today at 4:15 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. The worker told us she had 30 minutes of dishes to do and actually asked if we wanted to wait or leave. Completely unacceptable — customers should never be told to leave because the employee doesn’t want to make food. If you’re open, you should be ready to serve customers, not turn them away. Management seriously needs to address this — very unprofessional and disappointing experience.

Place has gone very downhill. Apparently the new owner is “frugal” and doesn’t like to waste produce… the lettuce was brown today and the banana peppers were old and slimey. Get it together guy

Online and sign in the door said they closed at 10pm….walked out with an online order that when I showed up the girl told me they couldn’t do the meatball sub because the meatballs needed 20 minutes to cook,..and they were “closed” even though online and ON THE DOOR said they closed at 10…after walking out with something I didn’t even order…9:11 she locked the door,…asked for a managers name and contact she said she didn’t have that information….well done subway…..

I went to this location today after ordering online. Payment went through and I went to pick it up. I guess there was an issue with the system and the order wasn’t placed through even though it was paid for. The employees working were so nice And helpful doing what they could in the situation. An attempt to call the owner was made but being a Sunday afternoon they couldn’t be reached which I understand. I did end up having to re order in person and pay again but a refund to my online account went through just hours later. I just want to commend the employees that tried their best to help me in a situation that was out of their control. Technology sucks sometimes but good customer service and understanding goes a long way.

Solid foot long meatball marinara, toasted with provolone. It’s not reinventing the way I look at Italian cuisine, but for the price and speed it gets the job done still, after all these years.

Not happy that they will not accept coupons. It is beyond frustration for corporate to send a customer coupons in the mail and then when the customer is in the store they are told they don’t accept them. Sounds bait and switch to me just to get in there. If franchise owners are experiencing price pressures relating to coupons then they should be petitioning corporate to stop sending customers them instead of creating a poor experience for the customer. Owners, stop taking it out on customers. Fight the battle where it is needed.

Worse the coupons were expiring two days later so I could have gone to another store and saved $7…not an insignificant difference. Instead I lost that opportunity. Hope the owner is happy to have lost future business since I won’t be going to this store when I have coupons but bring my business to another store.

It continues to blow my mind that I am in a store that has the name Subway on it but they will not accept a coupon that has the Subway name on it. Huh?

I hate writing this because it’s not the fault of the employee but hopefully subway or the manager will see this. You NEED to schedule more than one employee for a shift. 25 minutes for two sandwiches when no one was ahead of us is pretty unacceptable.

Asked for a sweet onion chicken teriyaki sandwich asked for it to be made how it’s displayed and said he doesn’t know what comes on it and I’m supposed to pick out my ingredients. I didn’t know what specifically went on the sandwich so Being confused I asked “so you really don’t know what’s on your specialty subs” And he said it’s not McDonald’s. I don’t know who the manager or owner is but you should make sure your employees are trained properly. This is lack of management at its finest
