Great experience! The food was delicious and tasted homemade — fresh, flavorful, and comforting. I ordered the flautas and they were crispy on the outside, perfectly filled, and full of flavor. The portions were generous and the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Definitely a spot I’ll be coming back to!

I ordered the Su Casa combination the taco was good, the tamales was was dry and the enchilada (green w/ chicken) was not flavorful. The relleno was drenched in a sauce that was not good so I couldn’t eat it. The service was excellent but the food was mediocre at best.

A little bit of wait but the food is good and they are generous with portions. The people working there are nice and friendly. Loved the sopaipillas after our meal. I was very pleased, the guy at the register was nice and gave my daughter 2 lollipops after asking me if it was ok. Will definitely return and recommend.

My husband and I ordered the tacos dorados. We asked for them, Xtra crispy, we had to wait a bit longer for our food, but let me just say, it was well worth the wait. Xtra crispy they were, and delicious! We also ordered the carnitas, which were very tender. Definitely recommended. We will return with the family. Thank you for a great service and atmosphere. Xtra points for the clean bathrooms!!

Nice family oriented restaurant. I had the beef enchiladas and OMG were they delicious. I would love to try everything on their menu. The enchiladas tasted just like they came out of a grandmother’s kitchen. Staff are very friendly. Give this spot a try you won’t regret it.

Edit: 3 years later, and the restaurant has changed ownership. The new ownership has immediately raised prices (understandable) and also instituted a surcharge for using a credit card. Unfortunately, this sets a very negative atmosphere over the entire dining experience now – they don’t even list anywhere how much the surcharge is – and I have to remove at least 1 star for now. Very disappointing! It will be difficult to continue being a regular patron of this restaurant any longer given this very negative change.
Edit: Almost two years later and it’s still my favorite lunch spot in El Paso. Try the tortilla soup!
Su Casa is the best restaurant (in its price range) in El Paso. It’s my favorite place to go by myself or with family and friends. The staff and owner are amazing and very friendly. They’ve got the best tortilla soup in all of El Paso, too, but everything else on the menu has been delicious.
Make the time to have lunch here! You will not be disappointed.
