Worse place to dine in Lockhart I ordered 2 drinks and it takes over 15 minutes. we need new leadership! Dont be scared to hire more employees to serve those who pay you. 11-16-22 update still one of the worse places. Added a pic what is supposed to be fresh tots not just cheese but paid for extra cheese can you find the extra cheese, bearly got regular cheese. Step up your game please

Ordered ahead on, and checked in to pick up my meal. a lady comes out 5 min later and told me they’re not taking any orders. I told her I ordered my food before hand, and she just said to just get the refund on the app. kind of annoyed I came all this way and paid before hand. Lady was rude and unprofessional.

There have been many times I’ve gone to this Sonic, where I have to sit forever in my car waiting for my order either parked, or going thru their drive thru even, and one time even have had bad service when the young girl took my order out to me, but was pleasantly surprised this time around. This RARE time that I went, the one taking my order was very informative while answering my question, & I got it surprisingly quick!

Sadly on this visit we were not very successful. There were several of the ordering stations out of order, the staff was struggling, and I did not have extra time to give them.
I will say they were never angry or hostile to the many attempts being made to try and take my order. I do hope to find more success here in the future.

Even when it was packed, the service there was incredible. The food is really high quality and if you haven’t tried the sonic smasher yet, you better get on it. Workers are very friendly and sincere. Extremely well priced for the quality of food.
