This Starbucks in Flat Rock is walk-up/drive-thru only ~ the first one we’ve ever been to without an inside, so no restroom available Drinks were good as always, but the wait at the walk-up was pretty long. The drive-thru line was moving much faster, but since we were in the dually, that wasn’t an option for us. So we’d probably skip this location next time.

Baristas need retraining or are just lazy. My drinks from here have consistently had either grounds in the bottom, missing charged add ons or arent mixed properly. When you make an iced white mocha, make sure the sauce is mixed properly before adding the milk. If you ask me 3 times if I want whip…why is there none? And let me make it clear. Its never busy when im there. Once or twice thats totally fine but every drink has been…well i wouldn’t have let drinks like that go out. – a former staebucks shift lead.

Worst service experience ever. Waited in line behind 2 other folks without any acknowledgement. After 15 minutes and 2 others still waiting in front of us at the ordering window we left and went to the next location. Definitely will not return.

Whoever is managing this place is not doing a good job. I went and sat in the Drive-Thru that you can’t get out of for 30 plus minutes. Today. Was late to work. Because people could not get lids or the venti size because they were out of cups. Whoever does the ordering should do a better job.

Stingy, rude store manager. Refused to give me a cup of water. I buy stuff from Starbucks all the time and anytime I have needed to roll up and just grab a cup of water, everyone has always been more than happy to give me a cup of water and tell me to have a great day. Manager said they couldn’t do that due to store policy. I asked when that changed and he stammered around for a while and came up with “a couple months ago”. Evidently he thinks he’s the only one following store policy and every other Starbucks is wrong. You have a wonderful day, sir.

It’s just coffee. I ordered through the app. When I picked up my order they were out of dark roast so they offered medium. It was 10:35 AM. This is just a walk up/drive thru place. There is no inside restroom, seating or anything but a parking lot and a drive thru. It’s nice for a quick pick up.

If you are 3-4 deep in line it takes on average 8-10 minutes to get your drink and drive away. This is based on 3 visits at times between 0800 and 1100. Staff are great though!!!
