We ALWAYS eat Sati Babi at the State Fair – it’s the best food there in our opinion! The marinated pork on a stick is absolutely delicious, and their lemon shake-ups are perfect! I highly recommend stopping by to try it – we’ve also had Sati Babi at other festivals around Terre Haute / Vigo County. Just be sure to look for the original, not an imitation! *Update- great to see them again outside the Brickyard 200 on 8/13/23!

I stumbled on a pop up give away at Needler’s in Carmel, and the food was fresh and delicious!! Talking about supporting local and getting a great product to make delicious meals, Sati Babi, has what you need.
Bring that flavor home to your kitchen, I did, and it is absolutely amazing!! Pricing for Sati Babi is the same as the competitors but Sati Babi gives you 18 ounces of sauce instead of 12. Once you try the flavor, you won’t be sorry that you did!!

My partner and I visited their truck during the solar eclipse. Despite the huge crowd, the food was delicious and quickly turned out! The pork was juicy and flavorful!

I received one Sati Babi and four egg rolls that were disappointing in taste, and the lemonade was poorly blended. Additionally, the inappropriate comments made about my boyfriend’s curly hair were unprofessional. I do not recommend this place and feel they were fortunate I didn’t address these issues in person!

A must-visit every time we visit the Indiana State Fair. I love that I can request half sugar or even less in my lemon shake ups (although let’s be honest, full sugar is the way to go). The service is always fast and the family who operate Sati Babi are so kind.

Great addition to the state fair! Piña colada flavored lemon shake up is hands down the best I’ve ever had!!! The meat on a stick was a little too salty for my liking, but still good. The little egg rolls were delish! Happy 50th anniversary!
