I have ordered from there several times as like a midday pick me up since I work 12s and this isn’t the first time that my order has been screwy or it tasted awful. I purposely have to get Splenda in the way I order my drink is sugar-free as sugar really makes me sick. They put real sugar packets in my drink on multiple occasions took one big swig and I’m sick for hours happened three times we’re done. I usually go to Starbucks versus Dunkin because my order typically is the same every time but not at this location. I don’t know what the Problem is, but I am not impressed and this is the very last time I’ll go

The staff ans my Flat White were perfect! The only thing that stunk was there was No BATHROOM! What? How inconvenient. You should not have a Starbucks right off the highway and not offer a restroom. Thanks, I am off my soapbox.

I ordered a venti coffee through doordash and it came spilled all over the bag and when I called they offered to replace it and give me a recovery card for it a lot of places don’t do that because of the fact that doordash makes it hard for them to do anything I’m really happy that Starbucks isn’t like that that makes my experience a lot better and that’s why I gave it a five-star rating

I usually don’t leave negative comments but this interaction really affected my day. I tried to do something good for someone and purchase the order behind me. The associate took so long to come to the window and once she did, she did not greet me whatsoever. Very limited communication with no respect. She handed me the incorrect order at first and then proceeded to forget my own order. When she handed me the correct order, I didn’t know if she had charged me for the person behind me as that was the first thing I asked for. She mumbled that they had a mobile order but I had to ask again because I could barely hear her. I was given no receipt for my own order and I didn’t get a thank you or have a great day! I did not know if my order was complete, so I sat there until she came back to the window. I requested to still pay for the person behind the person that had the mobile order. Again, no clarification when i paid for the order on if it was complete or not. I am unsatisfied with the behavior of this location as this is not the first bad experience.

Service good, staff friendly, quick in and out. Inside is nice, or there’s a drive thru if you’re in a hurry. Only gripe is that they’re notorious here for giving you less value in the size of your drink – order a grande, and the cup will be as full as a tall, with 2-3″ of empty space at the top of the drink. Order a tall, same thing, you get just 2/3 of a cup full. This is the only SB we go to that we routinely get shorted on the fullness of the beverage ordered.

Went through the drive through today, coffee was warmish at best! Far from hot and tasted a little sour. To top that off the lid or cup malfunctioned and dripped all over me, had to come home to change clothes! Not what I was hoping for.

when i accidentally placed my mobile order to the wrong starbucks, the staff remade my drink there for free. they were so kind and willing to help me out! 10/10 would go here again due to the awesome staff!
