When I get money late they usually let me walk up to the drive through window to get my food and place an order. I have a medical condition where I can’t drive and a few people there knows that but this one chick was super rude and disrespectful about it! It was ridiculous! Shoes a blonde haired chick and this isn’t the first time where she’s gotten rude and disrespectful with customers! They should have people there like that! It’s highly unprofessional and non acceptable behavior especially in the restaurant business

The guys who helped at the counter were very nice and the food was great. They gave a coupon for an extra sandwich after having me wait a long time for the food. Very kind.

The food is usually good but the workers always have an attitude. I pulled up saying I had a mobile order. He very quickly said “what’s your name? Last name?” I gave him my name and said thank you. No you’re welcome. I go up to the front window to pick up my food and the older man at the window very bluntly says “here’s your drink. Pull up to the FRONT DOOR.” I said thank you and kind of looked at my fiancé like wow what’s his deal? The front door is literally right around the corner from the drive thru. If someone came around the turn as we’re parked, they would’ve smacked into us. We went to the side.. 10 ft from the entrance he told us to wait at, which is actually closer to the counter anyway, 5 minutes later the kid who took the order comes out with the food and says “oh sorry about the wait I didn’t know where you went.” In a tone that implied we didn’t listen to the directions the older gentleman gave about parking at the FRONT DOOR. We went to wait for our food where we wouldn’t get rear ended waiting. The older man hasn’t been the nicest before. This isn’t my first encounter with him. Now, it seems like he trains others to do the same. I definitely won’t be back. Selinsgrove is more of a drive but that’s ok, I’d rather my business be appreciated. Learn how to manage drive thru orders accordingly and maybe put in a drive thru pull up spot instead of getting irritated with customers for something that isn’t their fault.

Ignorant male employee that they do nothing about. Forgot to put cheese on a beef sandwich that I paid extra for. Steak nuggets are rotten and taste like chinese meat. This Arbys is not recommended.

We stopped yesterday and got a few things through the drive-thru. Service was quick and the food was great. No pictures of anything for I forgot. Arby’s have a Happy Hour and I think the times are 2-5 PM and this will get you half off on things like fries and shakes. We got the current 2 for $6 classic roast beef(very good)and 2 regular shakes which we’re happy hour priced and our bill was $10.58, non happy hour pricing on the shakes the bill would have been close to $15. We like Arby’s.
