I didn’t hit fast food joints that often these days. Maybe that’s the norm. I struggle to imagine that someone (not the guy that handed me my iced coke) is making $$$$$$
Service… The fellow wasn’t rude or disrespectful. Rather completely unimpressed w/ his job or the fact that he was doing it. (Not that I would be super tickled) When you take on a job… do it like you mean it.

We have used their drive through many times. Service is always good – polite and kind. Food is very good. Wait time is minimal. Their spicy chicken sandwich is good, tenders are good, and we like their Frosties.

This Wendy’s was a very disappointing experience. Customer service was extremely poor, and the staff was unfriendly and unwelcoming. The hygiene of several employees was concerning and did not meet basic cleanliness standards. On top of that, the dining area was uncomfortably cold, making it unpleasant to stay and eat. Overall, the atmosphere felt careless and unprofessional. I would not recommend this location.

I have ordered food from this location twice now and both times the order has not been correct. The first time I was missing items and the bacon and cheese sauce that comes on my sandwich was missing. Today I am missing the ranch sauce I asked for as well as my food is incorrect. I asked for no crispy onions and extra cheese sauce (that I was charged for) instead they put onions on and not only didn’t add the extra cheese sauce but also did not put on the other cheese say that originally comes with my sandwich!

I love this location. Every time I come here my food is perfect. They give me extra onions like I ask; and they keep the store clean.

Service was great, food was awful. Came at dinner-time and wasn’t very busy. Nuggets were dry, and my spicy chicken was floppy. Free-style machine looked like it had been hit up the day before and wasn’t cleaned and was out of nearly everything.
I havent been to Wendy’s in a few years and won’t be returning.. I would rather have crappy service over old food I’m paying for.
