First, the good: The spicy garlic butter wings were terrific (pictured). Although I felt the sauce was not ample enough on them, they were still delicious (and I ended up ordering these again). I asked for the wings to be crispy, and they did mostly deliver on that.
The bad is everything else. I ordered cool-ranch dry rub wings. I asked for them crispy, which they were, but they had essentially no seasoning or flavoring on them (pictured, see for yourself!). This tasted just link a fried chicken wing, which never taste bad, but isn’t what I ordered.
Next, the mild buffalo wings (pictured). Again I felt the sauce was not ample enough, however, the flavor was less pronounced than the spicy garlic butter wings, so this was even worse. These also did not come crispy.
By far the biggest disappointment was the mozzarella sticks. These are advertised as cool-ranch as well, but what I got looks nothing like the picture from the store! (I have a picture of what I got, and what store shows) You’re much better off buying your own frozen ones and heating them up than buying from this place.
Combine the above quality with the rather high pricing for the items ($14 for those mozzarella sticks!!!), and that’s why I give 2 stars.
I had an incredible meal at Buffalo Wing Factory today, and I can’t stop raving about it! I ordered their hot wings and loaded fries, and both dishes were an absolute delight. The hot wings were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and coated with a sauce that had just the right amount of heat and tanginess. They came with fresh celery sticks and a creamy dipping sauce that balanced the spice beautifully.
The loaded fries were a showstopper! Piled high with melted cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions, every bite was packed with flavor. The fries stayed crispy despite all the toppings, which I really appreciated. The presentation was great too—served in a classic tray that made the whole experience feel casual yet indulgent.
The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was top-notch. My drink was always refilled promptly, and the staff made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal. If you’re a fan of wings and comfort food done right, Buffalo Wing Factory is the place to go! I’ll definitely be back for more.
