My first and my last time here! I called the restaurant to inform them that my pizza order was wrong as I asked for half cheese and half pepperoni. They gave me all pepperoni ♀️and “Carlos” who states he is the owner was very rude to me and he
has bad customer service. He tried to offer me a $5 discount for next time and I explained to him that my total was pricey especially since I brought multiple orders for my family and that’s was his solution! Carlos ‘s attitude and his yelling over the phone made me feel so uncomfortable and shocked that this behavior was coming from an OWNER . Then he tried to offer me a free pizza after he blatantly was loud and yelling at me ….. I told him no thank you and I don’t plan on coming back to this restaurant. It’s the principle behind it , have better customer service and solutions. It was handled very unprofessionally! This restaurant doesn’t pay attention to order or detail and it’s mind blowing. Can you imagine if someone was allergic to something .. the owner response will be “ I can give you a $5 dollar discount “ where is the humanity? How are you an owner and you treat a first time customer like that? O/O I will not recommend this place to anyone ! This place is ️ .

Hunter was an exceptional server. I was in here a couple of nights ago and Hunter recommended the Fratelli’s special trio and it was fantastic!. He got us garlic rolls which were amazing! Will definitely come because of him

My partner and I ordered the specials. She had the ravioli stuffed with mushrooms and the Italian wedding soup. I had a salad with the house dressing and mussels on pasta. Everything was excellent. I enjoyed getting to know the two servers as well.

We used to order a lot but the inconsistency became too much. We ordered yesterday in hopes that it would be good based on some social media posts we’ve seen, and we won’t being do that again. The pizza had a literal pool of grease in the middle so of course the pizza was a soggy mess. We asked for it to be double cut for kids and it was barely cut at all. We ordered two ziti with chicken and broccoli and there was garlic in the sauce and that seems to be all they relied on for flavor. We had to season at home. The pasta itself was so over cooked! Soft mushy pasta, no thanks. We also ordered two side salads with the pasta (extra charge) and only received one. The three stars are for the garlic rolls which I will say are the best in the area hands down. If the pizza was constantly good we’d continue to order but one day great next day horrible. No middle. It’s a shame bc my autistic son asks for pizza daily and unfortunately we’ve had to find a new spot.

Tried this restaurant on a whim while visiting the area. Looks like a nice, mom-n-pop pizza shop.
Comfy, but torn booths with a rustic Italian atmosphere. Menu had variety of items at affordable prices. The lunch special looked the most appealing, however we ordered an appetizer and small pizza instead.
Server was not friendly whatsoever. Didn’t smile, didn’t ask how we were. Just came to the table, took the order, and delivered.
Appetizer: meatballs
Three meatballs in a bowl of sauce with a spoonful of ricotta in the center. One of the meatballs was slightly undercooked in the center but the others appeared fully cooked. The meatballs were flavorless, only tasting like the meat they were. No garlic or herb tastes. The sauce was better than the meatballs, although watery. I wouldn’t order again but would try a different appetizer.
Pizza, small (Al Fresco): The top of the pizza was delicious and flavorful. The cheese was really good. The bottom of the pizza was limp and wet from the cheese. The cheese and toppings basically fell off. It may have needed to be baked a tad longer. Other than that, it was great and the best part of the meal.

Enjoyed a casual Sunday dinner at a neighborhood trattoria with a great soundtrack and cozy outdoor seating. Our waiter Hunter and the rest of the team made us feel welcome and provided excellent service. Our meals were delicious with well-executed substantial portions. We’ll definitely be back to try more dishes.
