Ordered a milkshake with chocolate chip cookie dough, and I received only a vanilla. They go to argue that the chocolate chip cookie dough does not blend up easily. Sonic used to be good a few years ago, but it’s slacking these days. Then they proceed to bring me back this instead.

The food was all hot and tasted good. I was pleased with everything until I opened my micro burrito! Really? See photos for size reference. The thing was half the size of my pen! That’s funny… was this a prank? Owner please let me know where the other half of it is. A bit of a wait, but not too bad for lunch rush. Guys just make the burritos bigger and I’ll 5 star ya!

Well it’s a shame that I’m paying $9 for an Egg and cheese croissant. They really should add a meatless option price for breakfasts. Because paying $9 for this is unacceptable. A super thin egg that doesn’t even attempt to cover bread. Chapin Sonic is definitely better at this, but prices should be different for customers who don’t eat meat but love the establishment

I visit this Sonic when visiting family in the area. The food is always outstanding! Hot food is hot and cold items cold. Great customer service, too. I make it a “must” to stop in to this store on every visit to SC!

I got here at 9 pm when there were multiple workers in the building. My group tried to enter the dining room and it was locked, a worker came out and told us they closed the dining room, despite the hours on the door saying they are open until 11 pm. We went to the stalls since we all had plans to pay separately. After this the lights were turned off over the stalls while another car was still there waiting for their food. It would be fine if there were no other cars, but they turned the lights off on other customers who had already paid for their meals. We were told to go through the drive thru despite us being in one vehicle and having different transactions.

Every time I go to this one, they never get my order right, which is just a large diet coke with sugar free flavoring and cherries inside. They never put the cherries in it, and tonight they charged me $4.50 for a basic tiny diet coke. This place is the worst. And they never answer their phone, so don’t even bother.

Me and my kids loved going here on weekends great food and speedy service. But I really don’t know what changed they brought me the wrong order twice and when they finally gave us our food it had a glove inside the burger. This is super sad because this kind of carelessness is unacceptable.
