I visited the Panera Bread in Yuba City. They also have a drive thru.
Since I was traveling I decided to get a half sandwich which was turkey with bacon and cheese (ordered a cold sandwich). Unfortunately for 9 bucks the sandwich had one piece of turkey with one piece of cheese and 2 little half strips of bacon. Wow…disappointing! The turkey looked like it came out of a lunchmeat package! On the positive their bread was decent. They give you a small baguette or chips or soda with it.
The inside was clean and they had a good selection of pastries and goodies.
If I come back I would stick with the bread bowl with soup.
Btw..I went across the street to Red Robin and got a juicy burger with steak fries for 10 bucks!

Love Panera bread it’s a really nice place, Quiet with privacy for each table. The food is a little bit pricey, but you can always find a coupon, If you’re a sip member, it’s really worth it. You can go in there and get your drink drinks every day. The girl at the counter is so kind so sweet! Rosemary is really helpful, kind And beautiful with a great personality. But everyone there is Really good at Customer Service!

Order food, they let me order it all, they dont have turkey. We get chicken as a substitute and this is the amount of meat thats included on the sandwhich thats nearly 15 bucks i might add.

Went through the drive through in lunch time. Placed order and waited 15-20 mins couldn’t just leave because of being in drive thru. My order was just over $50 or right at $50. Only had $100 and the change. Was told they can’t take it because it’s over $20. So they chose not to serve because I had a 100 and no other way to pay. Terrible won’t be back lost us a customer. Already expensive and hadn’t been there in years didn’t know nothing over $20. Too bad they have to be that way. Would rate them a zero if possible.

The place was very clean and well maintained. The service staff was very polite and helpful. The meal portion was small but filling. The chicken fruit salad was fresh, both of the soup portions were tasty, and the bread was soft and crispy. We both enjoyed our light and healthy lunch here.

I can’t say enough about the amazing customer service at Panera! From the moment I walk in, I am always greeted with a warm smile and genuine kindness. The staff, managers, the general manager Donna Phillips always go above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it, and they are always quick, friendly, and attentive throughout my visit. It’s clear they truly care about their customers’ experience. Hands down my go to. Everyone at Panera this is for you. I appreciate everyones friendly service.
The food, of course, was fresh and delicious as always, but what stood out the most was the team’s willingness to help, answer questions, and make sure I left happy. It was bad. I think because it was 45 minutes untill closing and they wanted us to take an extra sandwich off their hands instead of what we wanted. The bread was thrown in the bag with the other food completely unwrapped. It was my first time there but I didn’t think this was a sanitary way to deliver bread bowls or any bread. Was so looking forward to a great meal as my friend was visiting from out of town. Then we were charged too much. So I hope it was just the people that were working that night. I wish it didn’t happen.

If this wasn’t my hometown Panera Cafe, I would drive here just to enjoy the experience created by this team!!
My husband and I are Sip Club members, so we visit the Yuba City Panera nearly every single day (often multiple times daily). We often visit locations in other towns when we travel. Those visits make us appreciate the Yuba City Cafe even more.
The level of accuracy and consistency is outrageously constant at this location. Today was no exception. We received friendly greetings from multiple staff members as we waited for our order. Although the cafe was busy, our order was ready in a timely manner. Even with alterations to the order, everything came out just as we requested. The food was fresh and delicious, as always.
My husband’s salad was crispy and cold, contained a generous portion of chicken, and was perfectly dressed. My sandwich was perfect! A generous portion of chicken salad on the tastiest, freshest sourdough bread. The tomatoes were so delicious I pulled them off the sandwich and ate them solo.
We constantly recommend this Panera location to our friends and family. This Panera team sets the bar very high, not just in terms of the quality of their food, but also in the quality of the experience they create for their guests. If you are in the Yuba City area, do yourself a favor and visit Panera. I promise you won’t be disappointed!!
