Ordered on phone for pickup last Friday. They told me 25 minutes, got there in 25 minutes and waited inside another 25 minutes. Parking sucks, and not enough workers for a Friday night. They are not organized, no communication, workers were just putting orders on top of the oven, not calling out any names or nothing. My order was probably sitting on top of the oven the whole time. The pizza steak I ordered for myself tasted good but not enough meat, more cheese than meat. They should ask you if you want the roll toasted, they just toast it anyway. My wife didn’t like the taste of the buffalo chicken cheese steak, even though there was plenty of meat. The fries tasted good but very small size. Will not be ordering from here again!!!

We stopped in after landing at PHL, and craving some pizza. It’s a quaint shop where you’ll find Giovanni kneading dough. The pie was so freaking good! So much so that I stopped back again after dropping my girlfriend off at the airport a few days later. He made me a fresh pie as he had just opened. Very fair prices. Would recommend 10/10

I was stuck for the night in Philly due to my flight being delayed until the following day. I had needed food and went to Grubhub to search out something quick and hopefully good. I ordered a med pizza with Giovanni. Grubhub misdelivered the order. When I got a hold of Grubhub, I explained that the picture was not my hotel. Grubhub refunded my money but canceled the order with Giovanni. They called me asking me if I had canceled my order, and told them no and what had happened. I also explained that they were my last hope for food and had not eaten all day. They agreed to make me another pie, and deliver it. They did! I can’t thank them enough for caring to agree to make another pie and deliver it. Again thank you!

Me and my dad bought a hoagie and a cheesesteak and some pizza from here last week , all I can say was it was simply astounding. And I will be coming here many more times in the near future and much often and I will definitely make this my new favorite spot to get food from

Called tonight an hour and half still haven’t received our order. Original call was told 35-40 min. For delivery.called asked about order was told they got busy after I called .just an update the delivery came just at the two hour mark..no apology nothing.. obviously didn’t take it.
