Looked for somewhere close by for a quick lunch. Found Tacos & Wey 6 minutes away. We split 3 taquitos with rice & beans and Chips & Salsa. Plenty to share and still take chips & salsa home.

It was a neat little dining area. The service was good nothing crazy and a fairly clean area. The aqua frescas were really good, so I would definitely recommend trying them! Now the tacos were really good, they had a nice amount of seasoning and the condiments were fresh. One thing I do think to improve is their hot sauce cuz it’s not that flavorful with no spiciness to them! The burrito had great seasoned meat with a fair amount of everything you expect in most Mexican spots which were fresh and made hot. Now its not the greatest burrito but it is worth the money.

The food a friend and myself had was a tasty treat. The servings were plentiful and had good flavor. The customer received was very good also. I really enjoyed the Watermelon drink (non-alcoholic). I can’t remember the name of it but it was so deliciously thirst quenching and refreshing. I will definitely try this restaurant again and I highly recommend that you do the same. Just fyi, this is more of a “mom and pop” restaurant (which I rather enjoyed). There is indoor seating. Nice welcoming service.

I had an issue with DoorDash not picking up my order. Thankfully, my husband went to grab my food for me after realizing it would never get delivered. When I spoke on the phone with the restaurant, they were nothing but kind and eager to help!! Great customer service. I ordered birria tacos, and they were THE BEST I have ever had, even though they were cold by the time I got them. My new favorite spot for birria tacos! Highly recommend if you are looking for good quality food and service.

What a cool little taco spot in Affton!
We’ve driven past this place many times, on the corner of Weber, but we finally went in for lunch on a Saturday right when they opened.
We were greeted by a friendly employee who explained to us the menu and all of what is popular. We ordered Street Wey tacos (El pastor), Quesabirria tacos, Gringo way tacos (grilled chicken), chips and guac and bottle water. All cost $33 total, a pretty good deal.
Inside seating has plenty of spots if you’re not taking it to go. The inside decor is themed with Hispanic music playing. The one thing we loved about this place was how clean it was. There was not a spot of dirt anywhere. Their attention to detail was awesome. Everything is made fresh, but it look less than 10 minutes for us to get our food.
The food is super fresh, and very good. The tacos are very flavorful. My favorite was probably the Gringo way taco (grilled chicken) that was piled high with tons of toppings. The chips and guac was super fresh, and we also had some of the mild sauce.
We will be back for sure. The service, the space was clean, and the food was very tasty. What a little cool spot in South County, check it out if you can.

This place is amazing. I ordered the chicken quasadilla with fajita veggies. Hands down one of the best qausadillas I have ever had.I gave it five stars on everything besides atmosphere which really could be five it’s self I just took one star off because it is so small in there. Only like 5 to ten tables. Very cramped. Your best bet is to eat out. All though if you do eat there they prepare it, & bring it out to your table very quickly. It was almost too much food for me to eat at one sitting.

One could say that I’ve been on a mission to find the best Burria Tacos in the country. I would have to say that Tacos Wey & Grill was a 7/10 on their Burria Tacos. Short of my goal, but I would definitely eat here again and again and again.
I was quite excited about getting our food, take out, and dining from this restaurant. The food here is good! I also snagged a few pics of the other meals that were ordered in our group.
The restaurant was busy during our order, which pushed our order pick up time back roughly 15 minutes. So not ideal, but still worth the wait. My advice would be to show up a few minutes late during peak hours.
Lastly, like most taco joints, very gluten free menu when replacing the flour tortillas with corn tortillas.

If you haven’t heard of this place definitely look it up and make a trip! The Birria tacos are amazing!! The cheese dip is heaven and I love that chips are not salty! It’s a small dining area with a few outside seats! The employees are very nice and helpful! Will definitely go back again soon!!
