Jose has the worst attitude ever. Even if you are trying to be as calm and respectful and show him the receipt he starts slamming the drive thru window like a little immature kid. I understand that the fast food industry is hectic and under but being disrespectful is not an excuse…. The GM needs to really train the shift managers to all be on the same page… Lorena handle our small problem with had took our names down for the next manager to take care of and Jose was just disrespectful and accusing of just trying to get free food even though it was paid for and never handed to us… cooperate will get a hold of this

I went through their drive through this morning. They have one of those AI devices. It could not understand what I was saying. I get to the window and the girl at the window. Can barely speak English She didn’t understand what I was saying they didn’t give me everything that I ordered, and she was very confused when I asked for a green chili pepper. I don’t know why people put employees on drive-throughs when they cannot speak and understand English. It makes no sense to me whatsoever. I waited 12 minutes in LINE for an order That costed , two dollars and fifty cents is completely ridiculous.

Had to reorder 3 times and they still got it wrong. They didnt put the lid all the way on my drink and it spilt all over my car. They didn’t accept the coupon on the school fundraiser card even though their location says they do.

This is the slowest most worst Carl’s Jr.. I have been to. It takes you 15 minutes just to order when there’s only two people ahead of you then it takes another 15 minutes for them to make your food. This is slow food, not even fast food worst place ever

Update 5/21/25 10pm completely different experience. Crappy service! Ugly burger and cold! Had to ask for ketchup and got attitude with it. Drinks where incorrect. No straws. What a crappy Carl’s jr experience.

100% quality. The burger was amazing. It looked just like the ad. So expectations for taste were high. It did not disapoint. Buns firm and toasty. Veggies fresh and crispy. Meat cooked right. I was not to happy with the wait in the drive through. But then I realized real food takes a couple minutes to cook. Worth the wait.
