This place has the absolute WORST customer service! They got my order wrong and I wanted to talk with the manager to resport my issue, as the lady who answered the call was never trained and was very uneducated by telling me “I don’t have too give you the name to the manager”. I was simply asking to speak with the manager and did not specifically ask for their name. She refused to my request by placing the handset on the counter, then waited a couple of minutes, only to then hang up the phone. Is this what you call customer service? If the workers here are this thugish , how can I trust them with any of my future orders? I will never return to this location again and advise others to stay away and seek out another location where the employees are trained and know how to interact the the public.

The worst service I have ever had. I waited 40 minutes for my order and it was never ready. From now on, only Dominos Pizza is just as close and has excellent service and it was ready in the time they told me. Excellent and fast service.

4th Ave and 8th street, been buying there for a while but this time, just going in and smelling pizza being made was awesome. The man that was at the counter helped me when it was my turn. He was super nice and patient. Looking forward to trying their Crazy Puffs soon.

I went in for a hot and ready expecting it to be six dollars. It wasn’t nine dollars plus tax and then it wasn’t even hot and ready. I had to wait 10 minutes for it to be done.

For a pizza that is slightly bdtter than a red barron or totino’s pizza, this is your place. The pizzas are good when they are fresh and hot. They dont reheat well so dont plan on saving them for lunch the next day.

I would rate this place an absolute ZERO if I could. Customer service was absolutely TRASH. I ordered a simple pepperoni pizza just to get home and have no tomato sauce on it. Then called later for a refund and they said I had to drive there just for a refund. I live 20 minutes away and I get there to get a refund back and for them to throw the pizza they messed up on. The manager quoted “you can either get a refund or the pizza remade” I said a refund and they took the pizza that they missed up on and threw it away. So not only I had to drive out of my way for a 10 dollar refund but to still leave dissatisfied and empty handed.
