I believe it was just night shift but it appeared that every single employee was severely lacking in the mental department. We ordered two hot ham and cheeses plus 3 curly fries, they gave us one warm ham and cheese , some burger, and one curly fry with two regulars. They then attempted to make it right by giving us one curly fry and some suckers in a bag… I will not order here again and I must recommend against anyone else ordering here AT NIGHT

The girl Emily at the front took way too long to come get my order. She was rude and had a major attitude and cut me off when ordering and huffing and sighing at me in the middle of talking. She was incredibly rude to my friend. She tried to take my card out of the card reader and tap it. Don’t touch something thats not yours especially as a worker. My friends food was soggy amd remade it. And it took about 6-10 minutes. Got her new food and they were incredibly over cooked and dry she was basically eating rubber. She threw her food away.

Everything I order here always turns out warm and worth the price. The staff are always doing their best to serve in a timely manner. It’s clear they are dedicated to keeping this place clean as well.

This whole experience was just awful today, Emily S was our cashier and to put the least she was unprofessional and RUDE. She ignored us for a long time before she even came to the register and she was huffing and sighing at us repeatedly. Interrupted while I was telling her my order. Correcting everything I was saying. My friend went to pay and insert the card and she reached over the counter and made her take out her card so she could tap it. Either way would’ve worked fine for payment and her aggression and attitude was completely unnecessary. I got my food and it was completely soggy so they remade it and it took about 6 minutes they said. Got my new chicken tenders and they were so overcooked and dry they were like eating rubber. I ended up throwing away my food and just trynna leave. Another lady working there asked if they were any better and I told her no and she rolled her eyes and walked away from me. Emily S though was by far the worst part of this visit.

Nice hot food that also tasted fresh. Really great tasting chicken tenders. Same with the sandwich too. Fries were surprisingly crispy on the outside.
Service was great with smiling staff.

Best place for good service and great food. Never had a order be messed up and the workers are always friendly never have a bad time going there plus it’s always clean bathrooms too

Breakfast is a especially well-rounded team there’s hardly ever a wait all of the food is fresh everything is prompt friendly clean I thoroughly enjoy getting my breakfast on a daily and I recommend it to anyone visiting or living in Hodgenville
