Shoutout to Zac and Eva! Zac was great at the register—super polite and made ordering easy. Eva was just as wonderful, handing out the food with a friendly attitude and making sure everything was fresh and correct. They really make the place feel welcoming. They don’t get appreciated enough!

Tried to place an order on the kiosk but it wouldn’t let me add an item for the buy one add one for a dollar. Proceeded to the counter to place my order! Cashier spoke so softly that I couldn’t hear her. The ice machine was rattling and kids were screaming. When I finally received my order, I noticed I was missing a chicken sandwich! Then I get home and I’m missing a fry. WOW!!

I rarely write a review for fast food places but I’m making an exception here.
This has to be the worst McDonald’s on the planet when it comes to getting orders correct.
Today I ordered a happy meal for my daughter and a deluxe quarter pounder for myself.
Every time I come here they forget the apple slices that come with the Happy Meal so today I asked the girl at the drive through if they included them. She looked me dead in the eye and said, “Yes, I put them in there.”
So I pulled forward and checked. She lied to my face lol. So now I have to go inside and get the damn Apple slices.
On top of that I get home and my burger is missing the lettuce and tomato’s that I PAID FOR.
The management here is not doing a great job. Luckily there is a ton of fast food places near by.
If you order anything from the place… DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING.

Can anyone else tell me what this says in these pictures? Does this say a chicken or sausage McGriddle? It might be the right food but having the right food doesn’t define what i ordered the label says different. If I paid for a chicken biscuit I want my label to say what I ordered. Now I don’t trust it because it does not match the label. I mean that makes sense as if i ordered a Big Mac large fry with no pickles and medium sprite for breakfast. Unacceptable. When I go to the store to buy groceries every thing is labeled as is. First McDonald’s can never get their ice cream machine to work and now they can’t label food correctly.

A bit disappointed in the visit we just had to this location. We ordered a large fry and it was barely filled more than halfway. I didn’t think I would need to check an order of fries before leaving the restaurant, but apparently I will need to next time.

Don’t go to this drive through unless you have an hour to wait. Currently in line for 15 minutes – only had 6 cars in front of me. Still three more to go before I order.

McDonald’s this is your service at the  chatham Heights location. How do you missed the whole Patty?  both of them!?!? And the bread was hard!!!! This is what $15 an hour gets people!  i’m only giving them two stars because the people were nice.

Sad,the way you expect someone would make your food the way they would eat it.McDonalds is just there to take your money, employees don’t care and clearly neither does management.Taste is bland and terrible, presentation is a joke.i would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.sorry folks,they fail miserably. Check out the photo of the sign at the drive thru window about to fall on some patrons car. They did have a beautiful pear tree in the parking lot though.But I think Mother Nature deserves the credit for that
