I found just now something sharp and hard in our bacon deluxe large pizza I believe was put in purposefully where there was NO BACON AT ALL on the pizza! I immediately called them back yesterday after picking it up and the young lady apologized and credited us 50% off next order for us to eat left over just now I bite into a middle square piece and it is some sort of hard object that would have definitely caused damage to our throat going down and organs digestive system This IS UNACCEPTABLE a state of Illinois department of health complaint will be made after this review and we request our $41 full refund back! I’m mad as hell and very surprised and thankful when I bit down it was on the flat side and it didn’t cut me or I swallowed it! BEWARE whatever cook yesterday fixed our pizza needs firing and is a liability to Waldo!

Placed an order with them for delivery . The cashier was incompetent. I explained I wanted my order to be delivered. I gave them my name and address. They told me my total was a certain amount. I told them I would be paying with a card. They told me it would be 30-45 mins . I waited over a hour they did not call me back. I called them
For the status of my order the the cashier says to me we have it set for pick up . Now I don’t know how high you have to be to not understand the difference between delivery or pick up . So then he begins to get sassy with me because he screwed up . News flash beggars is down the road we choose to eat your sloppy greasy pizza. Last time I ate from you my pizza establishment my pizza was frozen. We don’t have to do business with you . There is 1987 pizza places in the Chicagoland area and your not even top 50 .

Normally I didn’t mind coming here because of the 2 for 1 deal every Thrusday, and having good fries. But after they gave my father two UNDERCOOKED slices, practically raw dough and undercooked cheese, I went and tried to complain/get it fixed.
I ask the cashier for the manager. They ducked behind the wall where I assumed the kitchen was, and just came back telling me that the manager, “told me to just give you the refund”. By then my father went back to the car, and I didn’t have his card, and the cashier said he couldn’t do cash. So at first I was calling my pop to return, and then the cashier, I guess suddenly, changed his mind and gave me the refund in cash.
I thanked him and politely told him to pass on to the manager that I wasn’t coming back.
And I am not. Undercooked pizza dough carries a risk of E-Coli and Salmonella. I got an Aces calzone instead, fully cooked, much tastier, and with better staff clearly behind the counter.

The pizza was very nice. The service was perfect, they served the food really quickly. The cashier Giovanni was also very nice. I will rate this place a 10

The dough is like a 1.5 inches thick ( if not to far from it) light sauce with a basic amount of cheese. (1) dough slice has gotta weight at least 4LBS I took a couple bites and then just ate the toppings off of the rest of it and then my second slice. $7 for all that dough no thanks. Can I get slices of PIZZA & not a Play-Doh triangle then I’ll definitely come back.

I have to say, Waldo’s/Cooneys pizza never disappoints! The crust is perfectly baked—crispy on the outside, soft inside—and the sauce has that rich, authentic flavor you can’t find just anywhere. Every topping tastes fresh and full of flavor.
What made the experience even better was the service. Cristina went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. She was friendly, attentive, and really made us feel welcome. It’s rare to get that combination of great food and outstanding service, but this place delivers both.
Highly recommend if you’re craving a good pizza night!

This is the third time that they got my order wrong I request pie cut and pepperoni on top and they didn’t do it right they made the pizza by cut squares and cover pepperoni with cheese I contact the the manager about it and told him that Is past my bed time and I was expecting to get a quick bite to eat and all he told me I’ll refund your money not oh I’ll have another one made for you or didn’t bother to apologize so I just said ok fine and hung up the phone so I’ll go. Get in my car and head to McDonald’s but next time I might try someone different like dominos

Ordered pizza well done. Not crispy at all. Air fried it for five minutes and it was pretty good.
Also, yall drowned the Baked Lasagna ( ) in sauce and the greese was floating on the top. Ate 2 bites and tossed it. See photo, yikes!

Had the buy 1 get one calzones, along with cheese bread and tomato bread. Amazing as always! Those 2 cal zone basically were stacked with ingredients flavor and perfect crust and 2 of them made up a whole large or xl pizza
