This great speakeasy bar in downtown Sarasota offers a back door alley entrance, making the whole experience even more enjoyable.
It has a cool vibe and inviting atmosphere, with friendly service and innovative cocktails.
The extensive menu features some very unique drinks with fun names and great combinations, the food was nice as well.
It’s a good option for happy hour, pricier than other good bars downtown, but still a good option.
We will come back and try more of their cocktails!

Quality, unique, fun cocktails in a cool moody space. Extensive menu of drinks with good food options. Not a place for a miller lite. New York Sour was excellent! Busy with good background music but easy to chat Will be back for sure!

Everyone working at Pangea is so warm and welcoming! My friends and I have been coming here for months now because we absolutely fell in love with the atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to go downtown if you don’t want to be overcrowded but still have a good time with friends. Great music, great drinks, and amazing staff! Love you guys, we always have a blast, thank you!

The place has a nice vibe, but go earlier in the night. It’s a little small and when the groups of 8+ started showing up it got a little crowded (but still bearable). The drinks were delicious (get the sour patch kids one) and the key lime blueberry parfait was so yummy!

Drinks are super creative and fun and the food is always delicious! One of the best burgers in the area and the crab rangoons were fantastic. Service wasn’t great the last time we went, nice but inattentive. Other times we’ve been, the staff was better so could have just been an off day. Would give five stars if the service was consistent. Cool little hidden spot!

I loved the creativity and friendly staff. The pistachio creme brulee was okay (had a weird texture) and the apple jack cereal drink was nostalgic (they were out of Fruit Loops and Cocoa Crispies). Would recommend for a unique experience. It was pricey for what was offered and the quality. I’d give it another shot if I were in town again–maybe it was an off night. I love the concept, the vibe, and the decor–always a fan of places that are not franchises or cookie cutter.
