It was pretty good. Unlike most Mexican restaurants, where rice & beans come with pretty much everything, not so here.

I got the fajita steak lunch burrito. It was decent size but the waiter said since it was big, they don’t serve rice and beans with the big burritos. ‍♀️

They had a patio door propped open in 30something degree weather & it was FREEZING in there. It’s a beautiful restaurant but beauty doesn’t compensate for food or freezing.

Our waitress, Monica, provided exceptional service, consistently updating us on the status of our food. The experience was truly outstanding as I was celebrating my graduation. The manager also took the time to check in with us to ensure everything was satisfactory. Monica was attentive throughout, ensuring that my husband and I had everything we needed. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and the food was delicious!

I liked this restaurant’s atmosphere. It was family friendly and authentically decorated. The Pedro’s bowl trio I was ordered was really good. The three meats were cooked to perfection.

Chimichanga was very good (ground beef was actually flavorful), steak enchiladas were just ok. Chips and salsa were good, but chips are on the thicker side. Queso with beef was also pretty good, but the price for a small bowl was too much for the serving size. Actual service and atmosphere were top notch.

At first I was not sure how our experience would be because the hostess seemed frustrated. It took a minute to get past all of that. However, our server Havannah was so wonderful. The food was great. She offered options and was very friendly. We would return.

An excellent restaurant with exceptional service & food. It is a very clean & presentable restaurant, we love the furniture & atmosphere. The margaritas are very large drinks and are very good, probably one of their biggest attractions. My wife ordered a Oyster Sampler, $55 plate with a variety of oysters and flavors. She had a medium champagne margaritas for $18, a pretty good size glass. I had ordered some shrimp tacos on flour tortillas ($19) with refried beans & rice in the side. The shrimp were cooked to perfection & everything tasted great! Our server, Aylel, was the best. He was very polite & professional, checked on us frequently, gave great suggestions and conversed about our meal choices. Great experience, I would recommend to anybody, local or tourist, to dine here as they have been excellent.

I visited on a Friday right around noon. When we entered it wasn’t crowded and we were seated immediately. I believe it was the manager who came over and told us about some off menu items and suggested we try them. I declined because there was a HUGE sign at the entrance with oysters and other options that I was interested in. I asked our waiter if there were oysters available and he brought a separate menu for them, so be sure to ask the host for one. There were too many delicious options to chose from, so we chose the oyster sampler, comprised of 3 of each of the varieties, for a total of 18 oysters. LISTEN…THEY WERE AMAZING! If I had one complaint, it would be the onions on a couple of the oysters…just felt like they would’ve been great without them but I will DEFINITELY be returning for more oysters! I also had the chicken and steak fajitas, which came out sizzling with all of the fixings on the side. They were delicious as well. Our waiter was so pleasant and attentive, which added to out great experience. Can’t wait to visit again when it’s more lively and hopefully catch some live music

We ordered the Mesquite grill and it was delicious. The presentation was eye catching and I love the home style tortillas. It’s definitely enough food to feed 2 people. Our server was very kind and did a great job waiting on our table given the size of our party. You will enjoy the laid back atmosphere.

Title: $150 for RAW Chicken and Burnt Food – Unacceptable Safety Standards
I am beyond disappointed with my experience at Pedro’s on Airline today. I ordered the $50 Mezquite Grill and a Sampler Platter. What was served was not just poor quality—it was dangerous.
The chicken wing in the Sampler was completely raw and pink inside. This is a major food safety violation. Additionally, the steak on the Mezquite Grill was severely overcooked, charred black, and as tough as a brick.
When I showed the staff the raw chicken and inedible steak, they offered a 25% discount. However, because the rest of the meal and drinks were included, our final bill was still $150. Paying $150 to be served raw poultry and carbonized meat is insulting. For someone who takes their health and diet seriously, I cannot trust a kitchen with such zero regard for safety or quality control. I will not be returning, and I will be reporting the raw chicken to the Bossier Parish Health Unit.
Suggested Strategy for the Management
If you are still there or plan to call them back, you can use this specific logic:
• “A 25% discount implies the food was just ‘unsatisfactory.’ Raw chicken is a safety failure. I shouldn’t be charged $150 for a meal where the primary proteins were unsafe to eat.”

We have been long time patrons of Pedro’s. We actually followed them from El Paso on youree dr when they got this one open. Everything had always been pretty great but one day they decided to change their salsa and ever since then the salsa was more tomato saucey and I luv these guys but I hate the salsa. I so wish they would go back to the old recipe. The lunch crew are absolutely an amazing bunch. Always so nice and quick service.
