I let him know “I’m sorry I was to be here earlier but no notification let me know it was ready” I pulled a $50 bill out
The on-duty supervisor (a thin Caucasian male with a bun, no name tag) was incredibly impatient and rude when I attempted to pay with a $50 bill. Despite my offer to purchase additional items to bring my total closer to the bill amount, he flatly refused and was visibly aggressive.
I had to leave the store to get change elsewhere, and when I returned, he literally threw my pizza onto the counter.

Because of the app’s failure to notify me and the delay caused by the payment issue, the pizza was cold and rubbery by the time I received it.
The only reason this isn’t a zero-star review is because of Selena. I know this as she introduced herself.
I initially thought she was the manager because of how professional, empathetic, and clear she was regarding store policies. While she was trying to de-escalate the situation, the supervisor continued to be aggressive from the back, telling me “you can leave now” while I was having a calm conversation with Selena.
As a customer who was not yelling or being disruptive, I find it unacceptable to be treated with such hostility by a SUPERVISOR especially
I am seeking a full refund for the cold, inedible food and a credit for the significant inconvenience and poor treatment from your supervisor I received.
I look forward to a response from the owner to rectify this.
