My husband went through drive thru and ordered a sandwich that was a full meal with a Mac and cheese, drink and with jalapeños, he did not get the jalapeño on the sandwich. Kaleb said he didn’t pay for them but he did ask for them on the speaker. My husband was given his order and was missing his Mac and cheese and drink. Kaleb then went back and got the Mac and cheese. After that my husband told Kaleb I still need my drink to where Kaleb walked off and never came back with my husband’s drink. My husband had to get out of drive thru and come inside the store to get his drink.
When he got home the salad he had ordered me was disgusting, the lettuce was old and pink and I didn’t eat it at all I threw it away.
When I called the store and requested to speak to a manager, Kaleb was very dismissive and rude and did not apologize at all. He just said come get a replacement order if you’re in the area again. I told him we don’t live in that area and after my experience there, I wouldn’t return either way. He just said I issued you a refund and hung up. I have not received that refund as of yet so I believe he was being dishonest to get me off of the phone.

I stopped by Schlotzsky’s today and was so impressed. Jessica was handling both the drive-thru and the front counter all by herself, and she still gave excellent, friendly service. My order was fresh and made quickly. You could tell she genuinely cared about every customer even while juggling everything on her own. She deserves major recognition! ❤️

I showed up at 4:59 thinking it was 5 o clock and ordered a pizza. They do $5 pizzas after 5pm Friday through Sunday. The cashier Debra redid my order to save me money! Thanks Debra and the rest of your team for being awesome!

Arrived at 9:10pm at an empty store after a long drive. Walked over from the Hampton. Our order was over $50 and the young man behind the register was so rude and acted like we were taking up his time while we ordered After he rung up our order he said there’s a tip question answer it and then put in your card. All while he watched me choose a tip amount. Reviewed my order before we walked out of the store. One of deluxe originals was not made correctly and when I asked for olives the young man disputed the fact that it was made incorrectly. We didn’t get silverware, ranch dressing or napkins with our order. When we asked for ranch the young men in the kitchen laughed. Horrible customer service. What a disappointment.

I was the second car in line with one car having been waiting at the window since before I even ordered. It took over 20 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got my food. By the time I got home and found out the order was wrong I was not willing to go back. Please pay attention to the orders you are being given. And also add more sauce.

Big struggles here today. This might be the smallest half salad I ever received here. Tickets were out of order and people waiting longer than usual. Lunch rush has cleared out yet no one seems to care about dirty tables…. this used to be a good spot considering the area is not the nicest
Also chicken on my salad was a little fatty and there was a small handful of lettuce on my salad… not the usual quality or service here as in the past

I get 30 min lunch so I usually order on the app. The last 3 times that I have ordered the wait is always over 30 min, mind you this is ordering ahead and getting there before the lunch rush. I normally go throught the drive thru and everytime the ask me to go inside. I pick drive thru on the app because I dont want to have to go in. The place can be empty and these people will still take up my whole lunch time. I have worked in this area for several years and I have noticed that the service here has gone down tremendously. Although I like their food I will no longer be coming to this location. There are many other places on this strip to choose from that will not take up my whole lunch time to grab and go. What a shame.

This is the greatest Schlotzsky’s ever. It actually has real paper towels on the tables. It has a relish bar with pickles, jalapenos and other condiments. Real salt and pepper shakers. They are drink situation is very good. They have one of those multi machines that are nice but causes a backup because some people don’t know how to work it and other people’s try to sit and fill up their drink to the very edge. I usually drink tea so they have a separate ice machine and separate area for tea and even some fruity drinks. I eat at Schlotzsky’s quite often. This one seems to be the nicest and best setup that I’ve ever been to.
