Very Slow drive thru on 11/17/25. Only two girls working the line with 14 cars at 8:15AM. Can’t figure out why I am tipping someone before I get something if the service is going to be bad. If the service was great and I was not waiting then I can see it being justified. However, taking way too long for 2 drinks. Over a 12 minute wait.

Every time I stop by 7 Brew, I have such a great experience. The drinks are consistently amazing, and the team always brings such a fun, upbeat energy. Sebastian truly stands out — he’s always super friendly, welcoming, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. His positive attitude makes my day every time. Fast service, great vibes, and even better customer care. Definitely one of my favorite places to grab a drink!

Today I was part of a gathering on Rollins Road in Round lake Beach. The staff came out and had coffees to offer the group that was gathered. They were delicious and I was moved by the sense of community that this location has and support it offered. I have never been but will go now to support these good people. Thank you.

Sebastian was awesome! Very helpful and super friendly, wearing a shirt in 26° weather and still had a smile on his face; also made sure my drink were correct and i knew which drinks were which before i drove off( they were all very similar in color). Drinks were delicious!

I absolutely love going here. Every single time I go here, everyone taking my order and delivering my drinks are just the nicest people. I tend to look inside the building while waiting for my drinks and it’s refreshing to see workers laughing and talking to each other. They also have very large pup cups. Shout out to the worker who stood by my window and watched my dog enjoy hers while we had a nice conversation while she waited on my drinks to be made. she even offered to get her another pup cup and it was so thoughtful.
