Dear Taco Bell Management,
I am writing to report a serious customer service issue at the Albany Taco Bell location.
On Monday, January 12, 2026, at around 10:00 PM, I placed an order and was helped by a female cashier. This was the second time I experienced very rude and disrespectful behavior from the same employee. The way she spoke to me was not acceptable and not professional.
She spoke to me in a rude tone, acted impatient, and treated me poorly as a customer. This behavior makes customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. If an employee is tired or unhappy with their job, that should not be taken out on customers.
I asked to speak with a supervisor, and she told me, “I am the supervisor.” I am not sure if this is true, but if she is a supervisor, this behavior is even more concerning.
This is not good for customers and not good for business. I believe this employee needs proper customer service training so she understands how to speak respectfully to all customers.
If this happens again, I will file a formal complaint through corporate channels. I hope management will take this seriously and address the issue to improve service at this location.

It appears this location decided they don’t have to follow the hours. I attempted to order via DoorDash, but according to the Dashers, the store was closed when they arrived, and then employees arrived and told them to wait for a half hour, so the Dasher left the order (I do not blame them), and a new Dasher took over the order, but after waiting for over 10 minutes, they canceled the order completely. I attempted to call the store, but it said there was no one available to pick up the phone.

Tonight We ordered 4Crunchy Tacos Mexican Pizza & Chicken Burrito $25.
When we were paying @ the drive thru booth my man’s 3 cards got declined & said system offline. Cashier said It must be your card it worked previously. I can’t believe that the cashier didn’t even bother to check if there was something wrong w/ their system.I just said interesting … So I used my Apple Pay & it got declined too & said system offline.
My man & I told the cashier to Kindly check your system or machine. Impossible that our cards & apple pay just all of a sudden doesn’t work!
Omg ! We were right ! Their connection has a dilemma!
We asked for a copy of the receipt too & never gave us a one!
Cashier Didn’t Even Bother To Apologize … Employees Need to be trained better.

We ordered at the drive thru. Asked for no cheese, it was all cheese. We asked for no lettuce, and there was a ton of lettuce. It was not made to order, and we couldn’t eat our food. It was atleast hot so thats a positive.

I been to this place a good amount of times. The shop looks nice from inside and out and their workers are nice. However the wait time is very bad in the drive thru. All my times at the drive thru I had to wait 5 plus minutes to get my food right after I payed for it. The food is good nonetheless.

Unfortunately, I had a pretty bad experience with the restrooms at this location. After making a purchase, I went to use the customer restroom, but it was very unclean—someone had used it and didn’t flush, and it clearly hadn’t been checked or cleaned in a while. I asked for access to the other restroom (which appeared to be locked), but was told by a staff member that it wasn’t available, it’s reserved for the manager. This was frustrating, especially since both restrooms are supposed to be for customers. Being denied access to a clean facility after making a purchase was really disappointing and not what I expected from a place that serves food.
