Food is always hot and fresh. I’ve only had to tell them once not to cook my puffs hard, but other than that everything is always great from this location. Except for today. I don’t know what this is but I’m too exhausted after working 3rd shift and going to my part time job to go back and have them remake this foolery.

First time here, and when I walked in the door, The employees looked at me and didn’t greet me, and were having a conversation behind the counter with each other, and they continued conversing, even after seeing me standing there. Finally, I was acknowledged with a, “Yes” ? .. I replied with, I ordered online & just picking it up. One of the employees, a black girl, with a black shirt, with black long curly hair said something super fast, I didn’t understand or hear clearly because she was looking at the other employee she was talking to when I first walked in. Apparently, she was saying that I had to go to this cabinet next to the counter, put in a code (which I didn’t have) and get my pizza. She gave me instructions so quickly, like I was bothering them. There was no one inside of the store. It was just a matter of them explaining the instructions or simply just handing me my pizza. Like come on . Customer service sucks here! I ended up giving the pizza away to someone who didn’t mind it. It tasted nasty to me. Happy to bless someone else though. Never going back! Thank God I had a coupon for T-Mobile Tuesday, I really just figured I’d try it for the day, but Never again. They need training on communication and just general customer service. SMH

Every single time i come here there is never a pepperoni and a cheese ready. Twice I’ve ever tried to just get a pepperoni. I’ve tried lunch, I’ve tried dinner. I even just tried it at 330 inbetween both. Over 5 times at least and it doesn’t matter when I do it they never have a cheese and a pepperoni, and like I said I’ve tried twice for just a pepperoni.
Hot and ready my ass. Papa Johns and Dominos are faster than this place with comparable prices and just as quick.

Waited 50 min on two cheese pizzas all I was offered was an order of breadsticks and no I don’t want them so sorry. Of course I have to wait on my cheese pizzas after 30 min of checking what the hold up is on my order even though you have pepperoni ready. I don’t want to drive to another location. I called ahead now I’m late so disappointing. Order number 1141746

20 mins for 1 cheese pizza. No sorry for the wait. They seemed irritated because I told them what happened with hot and ready. I need a free pizza with wings. Respond owner! Manager there was not helpful and had a long wait of customers waiting. Nothing was ready and they were out of bread sticks smh.

I made an online order.The pizza and wings were extremely sitting on the counter when I walked through the door. I dismissed it and didn’t want to trip. So I drove home. Once I got home.The pizza and wings were just too cold. Then there were two fellas hanging outside the door Pan handling. My pizza was replaced after I made it home.
Brought the pizza back and had to Pay $2. And then wait for it to be remade then drive back home. Was pretty disappointed for this to be a new Little Caesars in the neighborhood.I hope this isn’t an example of what’s to come

I bought a deep dish pizza for 10$. It was supposed to be thick and have 8 slices and cone in a large box. I got half the pizza I ordered for full price. Also the area around is not very nice there was an addict yelling and hiding In the woods behind the building.
