Normally this location is amazing. Today was an off day. They messed up by giving me the wrong egg bites. I ordered Egg White & Red Pepper (my absolute FAVE at Starbucks), they gave me Ham, Cheddar & Pepper egg bites. Boo! Still will go to this location as they are usually on point, but sad today for the error. Still, they got 4 of the 5 items right in my order. They have a REALLY busy drive thru, so prepare yourself accordingly. I ordered my 5 items via app while 6 cars deep from the kiosk. Oh well. The world did not end. Lol.

The women are rude as hell at this location and obviously unhappy with their job. The guys are always nice. Not sure what happened to customer service nowadays but this isn’t the only location I’ve had issues with lately. I’ve never had an issue with Sbux before but recently the staff are rude and act like they need to be there. If you don’t like your job, find one you do. The entire floor was empty and the elderly lady said I couldn’t sit on the chair by the door for a few minutes bc I was feeling nauseous from driving in the heat. I even had a Sbux cup from another store from earlier in the day. Get some manners, loose the attitude and find some empathy. For Gods sake. Done supporting this Company. Prices are going up and quality and service WAYYYY DOWN! Peace ✌

I really miss the excellent customer service of old location. I never had an issue before and the baristas were always polite, helpful and always very nice. Some of the staff at this new location act like they don’t like their job.

Gabby, the cashier there gave me a lot of attitude and being rude over the usage of the restroom. Very disrespectful doesn’t know how to talk to people not friendly at all. I thought Starbuck is welcoming to all community. I explained to her that I work for Uber eats do business with Starbucks and I also am a customer of Starbucks, but that didn’t matter and I didn’t even end up using the restroom.

Staff is attentive, store is mostly clean. Service gets a little slow when they’re busy, but with mobile ordering what it is, that’s everywhere. Overall a standard Starbucks experience. Only downside is the parking. It can be tough to get in and out if the drive through is backed up.
