I had an amazing experience at Starbucks thanks to Sam, Leighla, Brooklyn, Gina and Alia. They were all so friendly, welcoming, and professional. My order was made perfectly, and they made sure I was happy before I left. Their positive attitudes and teamwork really stood out and made my visit even better. The store was clean, the service was fast, and the energy was great. I truly appreciate their excellent customer service and will definitely be back!

First time visiting this location and unfortunately had a really bad experience. The barista named Brooklyn had a poor attitude when I mentioned that my drink was supposed to be made without whipped cream. She rolled her eyes and threw the other drink aggressively in the trash, which felt very unprofessional.
On top of that, my new drink was only filled halfway, apparently because I didn’t want whipped cream. For a $6 coffee, I expect to get a full drink and respectful service. Very dissatisfied with this experience and I don’t plan on returning.

Everytime i come here the assocaites dont pay attention to you! I walked in and was stared at and not greeted stood in line and noone even looked or asked if i needsd anything. The girl who makes the coffee rude! Yall got to do better

I love the atmosphere here! Everyone on staff was so friendly! I was welcomed within the first 5 SECONDS of walking in! I ordered a venti white chocolate mocha and it was ready by the time I finished paying and it was delicious! Will definitely be coming back!

I’ve been drinking a Venti Pumpkin Spice Cream Chai Latte with oat milk with 1 pump of brown sugar & 2 pumps of vanilla for the last 2 weeks …DAILY….since being introduced to it by a friend. Some How The Person who made this drink At this location managed to make me NOT want another. It was just not good. I stopped when i realized it wasn’t gonna get better….. I don’t know if I should be upset or happy cause she took my addiction away. & I’ve had it at different locations… this was the only one that got it wrong.
