lol I ordered food through uber eats from this store I ordered 4 chicken sandwiches and a large Cajun fry. No fry and all I got was buns no chicken at all and a nice little message left on the bag that says you should’ve cooked lol we are closed this place is absolutely disgusting idk what I even thought ordering from this place honestly my fault if you’re willing to eat here just know you’re food has prolly been played with in some way

These people in here need a raise! Bad! I don’t care when i come here their customer service is always top tier. They’re never rude like the one closer to my home is. I drive the extra distance instead of going to the Warren location because they never are rude, never out of half the menu, never saying they’re only taking exact change or card, and never acting like you using you’re rewards app is inconveniencing the like the warren location does. This location is by far the best!

This is the 3 time I came to this Popeyes with the messing up my order and this time I order something simple, the honey, mustard, chicken wrap, and it was missing the lettuce. My fries were cold and the manager that was at the window has I don’t care attitude Like she didn’t wanna be there. I don’t recommend they always mess up your food and act like they don’t care. I also don’t have a receipt because the last time they messed up my order and I had a receipt. I called the store number seven times and no one responded or answered the phone. So when I had to come back up to the store, the same manager who was at the window today ironically Had the same attitude like she didn’t care didn’t wanna be there and just threw me some other pieces of food to call it a day… And I bet you if I call now, no one will answer the phone and it’s not like they’re working cause ain’t nobody up there. It was literally no line no cars nobody up there so I know that they hear the Phone ring and can answer it and replace my order, but who wants to go through all that trouble… Again.

Hi, I came through drive-through around 3pm and ordered the six dollar box. They didn’t ask me if it was the chicken or the tenders so I automatically thought it was the tenders so when I noticed the chicken, I went back around and told them I had the wrong food. Then the manager she was a black female with braces and look like came to the window mad and kind of getting smart with me because I was telling her that I want the tenders not the chicken and she was talking to me rudely and I was telling her I work at a restaurant too so I know how it is when people bring their food back, but I told her she didn’t have to be disrespectful and rude and she close the window in my face And I was saying basically to another employee that your manager is mad because she have to do her job

What’s the purpose of ordering ahead of time if you’re food is never ready and people who order at the window upon your arrival receive their food before you? It never fails here, I order lunch several times a week from various places around and only this location NEVER has my food prepare upon my arrival. No matter if I arrive 10, 15 or even 20 minutes after placing my order I still have to wait. One time I saw no less then 7 customers got their food who placed their orders AFTER I arrived. I wish the 8 mile location was closer to my job!

I had a great lunch at Popeyes today! The chicken was hot, crispy, and full of flavor, with just the right amount of seasoning. The sides were fresh, and my biscuit was warm and buttery. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the restaurant was clean and inviting. Overall, it was a delicious and satisfying meal—I’ll definitely be coming back!

They literally NEVER answer the phone, order was somewhat right but forgot all my sauces and the Mac and Cheese was laughably less than half the container. Especially considering they are almost 7 damn dollars and I got up-charged for ordering it with a combo. “Frozen Premium Strawberry Lemonade” was chilled. Tasted like lemonade with ice thrown in. Only tasted the strawberry at the bottom of the cup after I drank it all. They have very good lemonade, but not worth the up-charge; because that’s not what I wanted. If I wanted regular lemonade I would’ve ordered it.

Dirtiest Popeyes EVER!! DO NOT EAT HERE!! Makes me wonder if the other Popeyes are as dirty?! Health Department is definitely needed! Pulled up in the drive thru! Cashier asked me to come in because it’s shift switch. Omg why is that a thing to stop serving customers. I came to drive thru for a reason. On top of that… I asked how long is the shift change and NO reply! You can not continue to do business like this.
