Today was the first time I’ve been in this Dairy Queen. The restaurant was nice and clean, and the employees were friendly. I ordered the four piece chicken strip basket. The food was pretty good. They gave me more fries then seen in the pic. I ate about half of them on the way home.

Drive thru. The child in the window did not listen to the order. Order was repeated and he made the comment “That is what I said,” even though it clearly was not what he repeated back to me. I ordered a medium chocolate strawberry blizzard and a small chocolate dip cone. To the window he brings a medium blizzard and a small blizzard. I told him that was incorrect and he rolled his eyes at me, walked away and comes back with this pitiful cone, chocolate smeared all over it and then makes a comment to me that I need to listen to the confirmation of the order. I did and told him what he said was wrong. I repeated my order and he wanted to get an attitude with me. By the way, I don’t usually do this but the cone landed in their drive thru parking lot. Nobody needs his attitude ever! So buddy you listen to the order call back and get it right next time! I was also not given a refund for the blizzard I was charged for. I called and left a message for the manager. I am also calling the regional manager or owner. This guy is rude and out of control. He should not be working with the public.

I stopped by this Dairy Queen and had a good experience overall. The ice cream and treats were fresh and delicious, and the restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the visit enjoyable. The only downside was that the wait time was longer than expected, which slowed things down a bit. Other than that, everything else was very good and I would definitely come back to this location.

It takes quite a bit for the patron to be acknowledged at the counter despite the employees knowing I’m standing there. Brings upon that awkward feelin’. At any rate… understaffed?Overworked perhaps? Who knows! At least, the burger was great.

Can you guess what blizzard we ordered? Neither can we. Our blizzard hardly had any toppings on the top but the rest was pure ice cream, no toppings.
The same generic response you give to all your reviews means nothing to anyone.

Been a very long time customer until today! I ordered a 6pc chicken box, I was asked if I wanted any sauces, yes 1 ranch 1 honey mustard. so I drive 30 min home just to find out no gravy….so I called dairy Queen ..I was told because I paid for the 2 sauces i don’t get the gravy..Do what? Gravy has always been with a chicken box! I was never told it one or the other. So for $13 I got 6 chicken tenders, 10 fries maybe and they were cold. I got to pay 94cents per sauce x2 and refused gravy. Really? Dairy Queen how petty can you get? Why? What difference does it make if I want it all..I paid for it. Your employees could use a refresher course in how to talk to customers. Ridiculous! I am so done with Dairy Queen.

The chicken tenders were cold and so was my pretzel sticks. They looked and felt like they were soaked in cold butter. They were soggy and you could wipe the butter sauce off of them. The lady at the drive through was very friendly but the food was terrible.

If you want to enjoy Dairy Queen’s delicious food without having a frustrating experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this location after 5:00 PM. Although the store is technically still open, the staff behaves as if it were already closed. This is the second time I’ve encountered the exact same issue.
I went through the drive-thru and was told that they were only serving ice cream cones — the simplest item on the menu. I initially thought it might be a one-time situation, but I went back again recently, hoping to place a full order, and the same thing happened: cones only. At this point, it’s clear this is not a coincidence but rather a lack of willingness to work and serve customers properly.
It’s deeply disappointing to see such disregard for customer service. It feels like the staff simply doesn’t care whether customers leave satisfied or not. I hope this message doesn’t become just another complaint that gets ignored, because I’m certain many other customers have experienced the same frustration and inefficiency from this team.
Please take action. Service quality is just as important as the food you offer.

Probably should hire people who can handle the fast food pressure minus the attitude. I drive up n sat there for a moment I asked if they were open whoever was working said “we’ve been open since 6a, my hands are full” well her mouth wasn’t busy and easily could’ve said “Welcome, I’ll be with you in a moment” versus dead silence. I rarely stop at this location, the workers always seem to sour my appetite. My niece wanted something from this location though and yet still, items forgotten when there was no one in the drive thru but my car. Maybe the worker isnt that good at multitasking
