Amazing customer service. I was craving breadsticks. I should have read the menu more carefully as they have breadsticks and fultzstx. I really wanted the fultzstx so they made me those at no extra cost and gave me the breadsticks aswell. I did offer to pay but they did not let me. Both items are amazing. Go try them out. Next time pizza or stromboli.

Went on a Friday night with my 5 person family (3kids 2adults) it was busy in and out the door but the parlor where you could sit and eat was surprisingly empty, which was great for our kids who are rowdy a bit. It was a sick atmosphere honestly with a video game set up near the drink area. The food was top tier, the crust was so good and we ate almost every bite. The service was outstanding, you could hear the staff having a great time in the back, but we were checked on the perfect amount of times. Customer service alone would make us want to go back, but the pizza was *chefs kiss*. Price wise very reasonable, a large pep pizza med Philly pizza cheese sticks and drinks total was 60 bucks. Will be back again.

i drive 3 hours once a year just to come here. i wont be making that drive anymore. 2 calzones and 10 bread sticks for $30, not bad. if the calzones were as big as the box like they use to be. its now the size of the ones in plastic you get from the store. the doughs not even cooked on the bottom, picked my first half up and all the toppings came out in the box. it was soaked and mushy. side pictured is the same. the breadsticks are also doughy. not savory and buttery like they use to be. just topped with seasonings that fall off the second you grab them and all mushy uncooked dough. after the 1st half, im tossing the rest because eating dough thats so mushy its like you dipped it in water is just gross and im not driving the 3 hours back to complain. tried calling the store twice, no answer. a place ive loved and made the journey from NWI for 10 years now is definitely done

We have been ordering Panoonys in Brownsburg for years…the food and service used to great. I think the owner was more involved then. We are not the type of people to complain, but enough is enough. Now the food is delivered cold and being charged more money for less food. The calzones are half the size they used to be. We ordered 2 calzones tonight and was told it would be 45 min, it arrived in 2 hours and it was cold. This is not the first time we have had this experience. It’s sad because they used to be a great pizza place. We will not be ordering from Panoonys any longer. You can only handle bad service for so long. You just lost loyal local customers

Food was amazing. Better than your normal pizza joints. Fultz sticks (bread sticks) were fresh, hot and fluffy, perfectly seasoned. We got individual pizzas, 7in. All were hot and fresh, seasoned well and full of flavor. Crust was great, not hard at all. Cheese had that not melty pull. Baked Mac n cheese was good too, enough to feed 3-4 people. Everything was just great. Chose this place on a whim to eat and glad we did. We like to try places we don’t have at home. Hopefully have them again in the future. We had the chicken bacon ranch pizza, bacon burger pizza and the spicy buffalo pizza, baked Mac n cheese and fultz sticks ❤️

Absolutely phenomenal! Place has a very laid back vibe, they offer delivery, carryout or dine in. Dine in is nice, more of a take care of yourself setup so you can get your own refills etc. Employees were really nice, especially the young lady up front. She was handling everything really well despite the phone ringing off the hook!
But after eating the food we understood why it was ringing nonstop! The fultzsticks were just perfect, quite literally the best breadsticks I’ve ever had. Portion size was HUGE for pasta and calzone. Only thing I can say is I wish the pasta had more sauce, and the calzone was a bit cool temperature wise in the center. Flavor was great though!
We will definitely be back to try more things! Such a great little whole in the wall that we didn’t know about until today. I would say just give them some patience if you can, their food is well worth the wait!

We have ordered from Panoony’s for years. It used to be so delicious, full of toppings and we always got what we expected. In the last several years, it has been a gamble. No sauce, skimpy toppings, not hot, or tonight, no cheese, wrong breadsticks and dipping sauce, I actually had to add my own cheese. . The toppings were burned and fell off because there was no cheese. I loved Panooy’s but I’m sorry I ordered tonight. It costs so much now to eat out or get delivery that when the food is a disappointment, I feel guilty for spending the money. When it’s good, it’s so delicious. When it’s bad, we are sorry we ordered. But we never know what we will get. It’s just not the same anymore.
