So, I was craving my usual #13 AND gotta have the mini chocolate chip cookies, I love them
So, I go to my usual Mike’s just off of Mall Drive, andddddd NO MINI CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES ‼️So bummed , I walked right out and got directions to the nearest Mike’s which was alllll the way over on Hilton Drive, did I drive there …. HELL YES , why, these cookies are the bomb and I get the #13 and these cookies ONLY, that is my usual. So, I order my # 13, had my cookies in hand because I was afraid by the time I got to where they are in the store they would be gone Gage ( amazing Gage ) says “ I just baked those a little bit ago, let me know if you are happy with them” …. . I HAD to share my story about walking out of Mall Dr. and going alllll the way to the Hilton location….. soooo Gage the Greatest says to me “ if you EVER come in AND you don’t see your cookies I will bake them right then for you”… OMG‼️‼️That is what I call stellar customer service and that is why even though I live ON MALL DRIVE, from now on I will drive alllll the way to the Hilton Mike’s for my # 13 AND my mini chocolate chip cookies ‼️‼️ Because of Gage!!! Customer service like that is what I live for when I go out to eat!! Gage, YOU ARE THE BEST!! Thank you for making me feel like a gazillion bucks!! Gage, you are amazing and I look forward to seeing you more often because Hilton Drive is my new USUAL Mike’s for my usual #13 ANDDDDD my cookies ‼️

Dhillon is a hero! First time visiting this location – impeccably clean, welcoming shop. The highlight was Dhillon’s professional service. We feel it’s rare these days for younger workers to have pride in their jobs, but he went above and beyond for us, ensuring the food was perfect and we walked away smiling. I went to Jersey Mike’s last Sunday to order a sub above after church. Sometimes it’s hard to find good vegetarian sandwich options. I love their veggie sub, and when I want to switch it up I get it as a bowl or a wrap. The produce is as fresh as it gets, and the bread is super soft. The cookies are to DIE for, and the service was exceptional, especially from James Tinker and Gage Jones. 10/10 would purchase again

I had a really great experience at this Jersey Mike’s today! The food is really tasty and the staff here are super friendly! Especially the girl with the purple hair! I came into the bluff store and immediately was greeted by the friendliest people I’ve met in my life, Andrew who sliced my sandwich stayed engaged through conversation asking about my trip and holiday! Mia put the toppings on my sandwich and she was complimented the tattoos I had starting a conversation of a show we both watched, and James at the register helped me sign up for rewards for points in the future! Overall this has been a 15/10 experience

I just adore jersey mikes on bluff street in st george utah. everyone there is so helpful! not even glazing. i go there at least once a week! i love james matthew tinker and gage annaliese jones. beautiful helpful environment. the first bite is always euphoric.
