Disappointing visit this afternoon. 3 employees working the counter, 3 customers in store due to snow. I waited at the counter for far too long with employees in front of me with absolutely no acknowledgement or request for an order. Young man at the register was pleasant and efficient, but particularly the young lady on the slicer/order collection was not.

there was the blond girl working, i think her name was julia but she was very rude to me and she flipped me off as i walked out the building. i enjoy the subs since subway isn’t in keene anymore but the service is horrible when she is working. she needs to be fired or something

We stopped by here today to enjoy some good subs and what better place to have a sub than “Jersey Mike’s Sub’s”
Here at this location you will find a friendly staff and great food. Your choice you can dine in or just grab your order and go.
We decided to try their “original Italian sub”, also their “Big kahuna Philly cheese steak”
They we’re prepared perfectly and tasted just as good.
We definitely enjoyed ourselves here and plan to return and try something else off of their menu.
I would recommend you try their ” original Italian sub”

I’m gluten free and I’m limited on places that prepare food without cross contamination. They do a great job and I’ve never gotten sick going here. A little pricey and sometimes slow but I’ve never had a bad sub here

Give the people who worked afternoon/evening shift on 9/3/25 a raise!! Jersey Mikes has always been a favorite of mine, but the staff and atmosphere was incredible today!! All of them were very friendly and loaded my sandwich up (loved it). Truly the best sub restaurant

If you’ve never been, then get the sandwich as its described on the signs because you don’t wanna forget The Sauce. Its nothing more than oil and red wine vinegar splashed across your veggies and sandwich but its worth it. Somehow the mix with mayonnaise, if thats your thing, makes the basic veggies like a tasty, dressed salad atop your cold cuts.
I’d give them 5 stars but something about the way its done and how its barely more than what subway offers while only offering limited options made the prices so very not agreeable. Especially with no signs or explanation of what the sandwich sizing is.. a regular is barely a 10″ sub but filled more. Won’t stop me from going again as the food was delicious and filling.

If I could give this zero stars I would. They literally put raw bacon on my sandwich which made me sick. Literally never ordering from this shop again. It was blatantly raw and the person putting my sandwich together didn’t even bat an eye.

I always have to customize my order and it’s never a problem they are always happy to fulfill my request and every thing always taste sooooo fresh! I highly recommend! I have only been to this location but I just moved and there is one next to my work and I am so excited to try it.
