I recently visited this Starbucks to study and ordered a Frappuccino online. The drink didn’t taste like the Coffee Frappuccino I had in Mexico, so I mentioned it to the baristas and they went above and beyond! Not only did they let me get a new drink, but they also experimented to make the Frappuccino taste closer to what I described. Their kindness and effort really stood out, and I appreciated how welcoming and accommodating they were. Excellent customer service and such a great environment to study in!

Ordered through the app and had the most unpleasant experience with the drive thru employee. He was a small guy with several arm tattoos. Very rude and rolled his eyes at me. Probably should have him working in the back where he doesn’t have to interact with the bothersome customers. Thankfully there’s several other local coffee spots nearby.

The grand opening today was all about sunny vibes, fresh faces, and that unmistakable Starbucks aroma!
The space is bright, welcoming, and perfect for grabbing your favorite coffee or just chilling in the cozy seating area. The team was all smiles, clearly excited to be serving up everyone’s favorite drinks.

I’ve been a loyal Starbucks customer for decades, but after my experience today, I’m reconsidering. This was my second time at this location today. My friend and I sat inside with our laptops open, using our own mobile hotspots since the store’s Wi-Fi wasn’t working.
A staff member approached us, stating that due to a new policy, we couldn’t stay unless we made a purchase at that exact moment. I explained that I had already purchased something earlier that morning and had just finished another drink with the receipts to prove it. Still, she insisted that we had to buy something again right then to remain in the store.
It was frustrating, especially since we weren’t even using their Wi-Fi. I’ve always liked Starbucks, but this experience left a bad taste in my mouth. I may start looking for other coffee spots that appreciate returning customers- update. I will definitely look for a different spot.

I love this Starbucks location, great service, and I normally rave about how well blended their matcha is at this location but today I got a bad one. PLEASE BLEND THE MATCHA. It is so gross when it isn’t well blended and it is even sometimes undrinkable and in this economy I can’t afford to be coming to Starbucks and wasting it cause it wasn’t made well. Love this location and the service otherwise but please make sure all matcha is blended.
