Enjoyable place! Server was welcoming and fast to get is settled in, food came out in a decent amount of time, not too busy when we went so it wasn’t as crowded/loud, food was hot and crispy. I ended up getting the 3 crispy dippers with their b-dubs sauce. My other two friends got the boneless wings and 2-person menu! Definitely a nice place to go to since they open late too!

my boyfriend and i ordered takeout inside of dining in. He asked for a three piece chicken dipper MEAL and the lady taking his order didn’t ask or mention anything about sides. He finished ordering and she told us that our wait would be ten minutes. THIRTY minutes later we get our food, mind you they were serving customers that were dining in while we were waiting. As we’re driving home i check my three piece tender meal just to see an almost empty box with three minuscule little tenders in there. NO SIDES. NOTHING. he paid 12$ FOR FOUR TINY TENDERS. Do not go here the service is trash except for the one guy who was actually checking on everyone. boo

They are prioritizing Door Dash. They do not care about orders placed on the app. Order was 55 minutes past scheduled time when we cancelled. Never got the food. Do not use this location, they are a mess.

Terrible service experience.
Lunch took 90 minutes with only about 5 tables populated. A beer took over 10 minutes to arrive. Server incorrectly added/charged us for meat in our queso appetizer. One of the mains was completely incorrect (both on the bill, and the kitchen made an item that matched neither the bill or my order.) Server took our water to refill it and never returned. Server did not bus any items away – the manager had to do it.
Huge kudos to the manager who was working really hard to pick up the slack. He was kind enough to comp us the wrong order.
Unfortunately, this experience was bad enough that I’m not sure I’d ever return to this location.

I brought my family to this restaurant because we like the food. The service was terrible from beginning to end. The host clearly did not appreciate us being there. The cherry on top was hair in my food. The manager did waive the charge for the food and replaced it. I will not recommend this location, I’m convinced that host put hair in my food.

We watched 4 other tables sit after us, order, eat, and leave. Only after we stated we had to leave after waiting over an hour, did they bring us our food in to go boxes. Girlfriends order wasn’t even right, but what could we expect after such a terrible experience. My advice, go somewhere else. I will never be going back.

Haven’t had a solid meal from a restaurant in a while. Everything was perfect and the service was amazing. Jimmy took care of us, great guy! I definitely recommend coming here and make sure you take care of Jimmy!

Had a pick up order at 2pm which was ready. But my fries were old and stale. Boneless wings were ok I guess but my fries were hard and seemed like they have been sitting for days and just re heated. I hope I am not the only one with this experience and hope this issue gets resolved. I am not pleased with my food at all. Please who ever reads this, please fix this not just for me but for everyone who eats here.

Ordered chicken wings on Tuesday and asked for the sauce to be “wet”. Got dry, freeze dried, barely any sauce wings with 2 of the 10 wings being broken drumsticks with hard dry crust and no meat. Extremely disappointing! Other options for better wings in the area. Ordered potato wedges, good thing I checked the bag before I left and found french fries instead. Not a difficult order at all but great job screwing it up. Worst wings ever!!! Save your $, go elsewhere.
The business responded to me to fill out some form on the FAQ page so they can make it right for me. They responded they would address it with the restaurant. How does that make it right for me when the food was inedible? Waste of $$!!!
