When they called this Gordo, they weren’t lying. It is easy to get fat. The food here is so good that I tend to overheat. The portions are large and meats are always than their for a very affordable rate. The size of the stucco truck is not very large, but they managed to operate the dwell and keep it clean and that is what matters.

My favorite taco truck on the Eastside, I love their asada tacos and adobada tacos! Reasonably priced so it is my go to taco truck. They have 3 tables on a covered tent area too! Not fancy but at least there is a covered place to sit in the winter. They are now open on Sundays, Google has the wrong hours.

Its hard to find great Mexican food but their salsa?! We loved everything. My kids actually ate their dinner and my husband was SILENT eating his burrito. It was a quiet dinner…in the BEST way. Portions are very favorable and worth the cost. Definitely our new favorite!
We ordered the carne Asada plate, Birria burrito, 1 taco and chicken quesadilla. Tried the Melon Agua Fresca since they were out of Horchata. Everything 10/10.

Nice and quick service little tarp in the back with covered seating is a plus..but that isn’t what we came for.
All 3 meats where delicious but today the carnitas and Adobada where fighting for number 1, the asada wasn’t bad but the other 2 where just too good. Plenty of meat on the tacos aswell.

The burritos were ok but I wish the ingredients were more evenly distributed.
The spiciness level was a bit high by default so if you don’t like spicy stuff, be careful.

This food truck is one of the best places to eat on the east side! And the best Mexican food I’ve had in all of the Seattle area. Fantastic flavor and quality, we’ll be back. We had the chicken tacos, steak tacos and a bean burrito (we ate it so fast I didn’t get a pic of the food. Lovely people running it too.

El Gordo Taqueria is SO good. This is a hidden gem here in Bellevue. The service was friendly and everything was freshly made. The give you a pager that’ll beep when food is ready so you can wait in the comfort of your car as oppose to outside. The food is delicious! As a foodie, this place hits all the spots. The prices were decent as well, the servings were generous.
