Horrible experience.
I’ve been going to local fry every time I travel to Baltimore for the past 6 years and this was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had. I asked for crispy fries and received my order within minutes, which tells me that no attention to detail was spent. Not to mention I spent over 50 bucks for 3 fries and 3 waters. It’s sad to say but this will be my last time eating at this establishment. All of my food cold ❄️. We ordered 2 local fry and 1 Hawaiian fry with 3 bottle waters. We specified extra crispy fries.

I recently purchased a meal consisting of 5 chicken tenders and fries, and unfortunately, I was highly disappointed with the overall experience. The food lacked flavor entirely even if I had chosen a different seasoning, I doubt it would have made a difference. The taste was bland and unappetizing. To make matters worse, despite waiting about 10 minutes for my order, the food wasn’t even hot. It was just warm, as if it had been sitting under a heat lamp. I ended up having to reheat it in my air fryer at home just to make it edible. Given the poor quality, I feel that paying over $17 for this meal was unacceptable. I could have made better chicken tenders at home for far less. I was truly hungry and still couldn’t finish the meal because it just wasn’t enjoyable. I do not plan to patronize this establishment again, and I hope this feedback helps improve the quality of food and service for future customers.

My son has been talking about going to Local Fry forever. Well, today was the day we both will remember for a long time. Great service, absolutely amazes at his order of Catfish & Fries. He enjoyed his choice & I’m disappointed that I didn’t order anything today, but that’s okay we will definitely return very soon. I would highly recommend it to my family & friends. 10 out of 10

Compared to the restaurant at The Rotunda, the food just isn’t prepared as well. I’m autistic, so I’ve only ever ordered one thing from Local Fry (over and over again, for years), and I know what that one thing is supposed to taste like and what the texture is supposed to be like. Well, that same dish at the Northwood location didn’t have much flavor, and the texture was incorrect.
The meal prep took much longer at the Northwood location, too, when compared to the Rotunda location.
This location just opened, so I hope that the meal prep can become homogeneous. It’s distressing when the texture is incorrect.
