So freagin’ great!! We came to have some family time after a long day of landscaping part of our front yard together. I had the best Italian nachos I have ever eaten!! And I try them everywhere…the flavors, the amount of food, the flavors, the toppings, did I mention the flavors!??! I want to come back and try more. BTW, my beautiful bride had the grouper pasta special amd it was top notch also!!! Mi Amo ti amo.

Excellent place to get some Italian food. Had a nice red wine while there that had great taste. The bread before the meal was outstanding and made fresh at their other location. I was not a fan of the Caeser salad as the dressing and cheese were subpar. I also thought it was overpriced for what you got. The stuffed chicken was excellent and the red wine sauce on it was out of this world. The Nutella crepe for dessert was pretty good but the vanilla ice cream was outstanding and I’d probably just get that for dessert next time. Service was fast and friendly and restaurant looked relatively new and was clean. Overall great experience.

Wow, on par with the plaza of another mid to horrible food in Eagle. Olive Garden is cheaper and better tasting than Ti Amo Eagle. By far the smallest veal patty I’ve seen to date mixed with a lukewarm warm noodle etc. when you’re hungry you’ll eat anything, but I’ve had tastier MREs in the field. The service was nice and pleasant and the decor inside was a mixture of painting fake bricks and ancient posters in mood lighting.

Go to Italy and try to find this anywhere….
Not everything with cheese and tomatoes finally turns into Italian food.
Italian is the best kitchen in the world, with thousands of flavors, dishes.
But for sure Nachos are not even close to that. Leave them to Mex food. Why not just serve Italian food as Italian restaurant?

Excellent service and excellent food! Hailey took great care of us. Scaloppini Di Pollo was delicious and would highly recommend it. I’d never had Vail Brewing Company’s Gore Creek IPA, and even though it’s in a can, it was very tasty. Very light citrus taste and a nice creamy foam. The Creme Brulee was satisfactory. Would recommend and we’d go back.

Good service but the food was so disappointing. We ordered a vegetarian spaghetti and a 4-meat fettuccine as entrees. The fettuccine meat sauce had no flavor distinction other than beef burger despite having 4 flavors from the menu description. I could have made this dish using Ragu and onion and saved $29. The veggie spaghetti was a salt bomb with olives, raw tomatoes and a fish oil flavor that was inedible after 4 or 5 bites due to the saltiness and fish aftertaste. That spaghetti was over $35.
All salads were separate and if you wanted gluten free options they charged another $6 for already highly priced dishes.
Expect to pay at least $80 and probably more like $100 for 2 people should you want any beverage or appetizer along with your meal. Sorry folks. Maybe your experience will be better.

Unfortunately, my experience at Ti Amo Eagle was mediocre at best. The servers were kind, but not entirely professional. For example, when the main course came out, the servers began to remove our appetizers and place down our main course meals, even though we had not all finished our appetizers. Our meals were not terribly made, but they were certainly not worth the augmented prices on the menu. I found that my salmon was drowning in butter and was overwhelmed by an overly sweet, almost teriyaki-like sauce whereas I had expected the salmon to be grilled with a coating of fresh herbs and spices. Despite the good recommendations I received from locals, I was mildly disappointed with my overall experience.
