Holy cow. The last little bite of pizza at the Selmer location made me want more so I ordered this Hut Box and it was terrible. Beyond disgusting. My chicken bacon ranch was annihilated beyond anything recognizable but at the least the dry rub honey bbq were good. Totally a loss I would be embarrassed if I was the person that prepared this.

DO NOT EAT HERE. The only reason I am giving 1 star is because I cant leave 0. We stopped ordering here because they have gone downhill. The food i recieved does not deserve to be called pizza. The dough is tough and inedible. No sauce on the pizzas. And very little toppings. When I returned to get a refund they refused to give me back my money. Dominos would NEVER have service like this.

Kitchen was super slow. The restaurant was not busy. Took over 45 minutes for a medium pizza and an order of bread sticks. My wife and I were ready to walk out. Waitress got the order wrong. Had to get myself take home boxes from up front when we were done. No waitstaff around to ask. To the manager of this location, this all reflects on you and how you train and manage your staff.

Don’t go to pizza hut in Savannah unless you want over cooked food, and have your food taste like cleaning product. Also, don’t go if you just want to hear them say “there’s nothing that we can do about it since it’s an ongoing thing and we’ve had the same multiple complaints”, and for them to still FORCE you to pay for the meal.

We order usually once a week a family order of pasta and cheese-sticks. Total is $18 and some change. There is one girl that will not ring it up like that and rings in two single orders, making the total $24 and some change. If she doesn’t know how to correctly ring items in she either needs retraining or not be answering the phone.

I had issues with the pizza hut app ordering scheduling my pizza for the next day rather than tonight, when I wanted it.
The front cashier managed to fix the scheduling issue, and got my pizza ready to rock despite the fact I got here so late. I hate being a last minute shopper, but the people here were so kind and understanding about it.
The employees here are so incredibly sweet, and I can tell the staff commits themselves to getting out pizzas quick without sacrificing quality.
The pizza is also absolutely delicious, and nothing, I mean nothing beats a good quality Pizza Hut pizza.

This is getting ridiculous! Someone please fix this place. Ordered last week online, wait time 45 minutes, nothing came for 1&1/2 hours. Called store, manager credited my account $20. Ordered this week was told no credit on my account, ok no problem. Received an email with the credit, typed in the code and it’s invalid. Messaged customer service, shutdown twice because it’s a store issue. Went ahead and ordered wings and they came with no sauce! I just don’t understand why this place has gone downhill? It used to be the best. Due to this I’m done until something changes.

My family has ordered the same Pizza three to five times a month for the last 16 years without fail. The pizza is great as long as it gets to my house on time. But the last time I ordered was Friday night and it was delivered to the address that I moved out of almost 2 years ago. After the problem was solved it finally arrived at my new address and was borderline cold. But this is not the first time. And quite honestly when I asked if everybody wants Pizza Hut now I get moans and groans because of the few times that this has happened, and it all seems to be quite recent. The way I figure if you spend 30 plus dollars on one large Meat Lovers with stuffed crust pizza they could at least get it to my house hot and fresh to give me my money’s worth because it’s quite honestly it’s price rather High but getting it here hot and fresh I would gladly spend the extra money on it, and even more if I had to just to feel appreciated for years of patronage. I gave them a three out of five and I wish I could have given them more but I can’t. Ordering from Pizza Hut again is sort of on the fence now. We’ll decide next time we want pizza.
