Food was good, not quite what was ordered, but it was good. Everyone was pleasant and the place was clean. Was supposed to be bacon Mac and cheese, but was given plain, requested sandwich to be heated but it was not.

We came here for breakfast and ordered avocado garden sandwich, egg cheese croissant sandwich and chipotle chicken sandwich along with some tomato souo and bread. While the sandwiches tasted just fine, the tomato soup tasted like canned tomato puree and served cold. It would have been great if it was made fresh.

Went there for the first time and felt it overpriced. We ordered you pick 2 and were given literally two spoons of teriyaki rice bowl for $15. Staff was nice to understand and refunded us money to order something else but did tell us that this is the quantity we get for the bowl. Quality of food is good overall, but price vs. quantity are big disappointment

I ordered a bread bowl with Broccoli Cheddar Soup online and picked up in the drive-thru. I guess they were out of those items because I received Mac & Cheese and a Chicken Pesto Piccata Dipper without being told. I didn’t see that the order was wrong till I had driven home to Oak Harbor. Really disappointing 🙁

This place has a drive through which is convenient. Order online, select a time for pick up, works well every time. The menu selection is quite limited given my tastes so don’t come here often.. There is a salad my wife likes.

What the heck has happened to Panera? E we stopped in for coffee and a bagel. The breakfast sandwich menu looked good so we tried two of the sandwiches. Who the hell puts mayo on an egg sandwich then they put crappy American cheese on an Asigo cheese bagel!!!
I tried to clean it off and cover with mustard but could not. I will not return to Panera, ever.

Breakfast sandwich was cold. The banana strawberry smoothie did not taste of banana. Way overpriced for what is given. They do not cut up the bread in slices, nor do they cream cheese anything. Not at all worth the price if I am doing everything myself. Why go out to eat and pay to eat out, if I finish preparing the food and collect my dishes when done. I do not recommend and will not be going back.

The food was really good, my only issue was the pizza was luke warm. I was in a rush and didn’t have time to go back. The flavor was really good and the crust was crisp and thin, as it should be I do wish there was a few more flavor options, maybe even being able to pick your own toppings.
