Placed a mobile order to cut down on the wait. Arrived and checked in at the drive-thru only to be asked to park in one of the mobile spots. What’s the point in ordering ahead if you have to wait once you arrive? Finally received my food 15 minutes later and all the sauces I ordered on the app were wrong. I went inside and there were 9 employees behind the counter, all running around like chickens with their heads cut off. No sense of organization or teamwork, just a bunch of individuals doing their own thing very inefficiently. The manager was present, but he was not managing. This location needs help. The service is slow, the employees aren’t friendly and they have AI and order kiosks for taking orders — very impersonal and it’s clearly not helping with accuracy or efficiency. Won’t be back to this location. Thankfully Newnan has 7 other Wendy’s.

While the food here is quite good I must say that I am greatly disappointed with how they package their fries. I ordered a large expecting it to be full or at the very least partially full, and what I was met with was a container not even half way packed with fries. However the food is delicious and they have very good red cream pop.

My husband and I went through the drive through. There wasn’t even a person taking the order, it was an Artificial Intelligence system. The system itself was pretty spot on, for a clanker. The system took our order well, had every detail mentioned, but definitely decreased the human server’s attention to detail. 2 of our items were completely left out, and 1 of our sauces was wrong. When we went back in to retrieve our missing items, we were handed a severely lacking sachet of fries, and the nuggets that were neglected initially. Overall the use of AI has made the human component lazy and encouraged a lack of observation skills.

Ordered a mobile order, 10 minutes later I got to the drive through and had to wait 15 minutes on strips, in the middle of the 12oclock lunch hour.
Was told to park in parking spot 1, only to see the car in spot two double parked, not allowing me to park there. So I parked in front of it.
The employee finally brought my food out and only said “Why did you park in the middle of the road?” And walked off. No apology on the wait or anything.
This location needs help.

Please consider removing the AI at the drive through. Frequently records orders incorrectly. This often leads to confusion at the pickup window when customers attempt to correct their orders. And on multiple occasions the order we were given, did not match what was ordered.

Went back just to get a lemonade. I asked for a large and was told to pull around. When they handed it to me, they didn’t even know what size I ordered and gave me a medium. I said it was supposed to be a large, and instead of making a new one, they dumped the medium into a large cup right in front of me and added more ice.
What is wrong with these people? There is no work ethic or standards at Wendy’s anymore. Just careless, trash service.

Wendy’s has good hamburgers. They do not use chopped up lettuce. Instead of a little bit of chopped up onion They give you a nice slice of onion that does not fall out of the hamburger all over you and everything.

Attempted the drive through lane. That was mistake number one. We waited at least five minutes to get to the spot to order and then another five minutes to place the order. We ordered two large fries and two large lemonades. That was mistake number two. Waited another three or four minutes at the window to get this simple order. And then we learned how they shorted one (of only two) of the fries orders. See left order in pic. This might seem petty to some, but the service was poor and the food was less than what we paid for. Very disappointing experience.

Had a great experience at the Wendy’s in Newnan! The restaurant was very clean, which is always the first thing I notice when I walk in. I really like that they offer both self-pay kiosks and the option to order at the counter — it’s convenient whether you’re in a rush or prefer talking to someone. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and worked efficiently to get orders out quickly. Our food came out hot and exactly how we ordered it, with no issues at all. The whole process, from ordering to getting our meal, was fast and hassle-free. Definitely one of the better Wendy’s locations I’ve visited, and I’ll be stopping by again when I’m in the area. Great service, clean space, and reliable food — can’t ask for much more!
