Ordered a pinto and cheese and a drink. This is what I received. Dried crusty beans look like been there for a week. The employee knew he was serving trash no good beans. Instead of replacing with fresh beans when they seen its bad they keep serving this trash. No respect. No dignity. Poor poor service.

Now listen… I knew what I was getting into. We all do. Taco Bell isn’t just food—it’s a gamble. A delicious, cheesy gamble that whispers, “You’ll be fine,” while your future self quietly files a complaint.
I rolled up confident. Ordered like a champion. Crunchwrap? Yes. Taco? Obviously. Something with way too much sauce? Don’t even ask questions.
Everything tasted amazing. Suspiciously amazing.
About 30 minutes later… my stomach started sending me warning notifications like:
⚠️ “Update required.”
⚠️ “System instability detected.”
⚠️ “You made a mistake, Giblet.”
At that point, it wasn’t a matter of if… it was a matter of how fast can this chair move.
Let’s just say—when you’re in a wheelchair, urgency hits a little different. You’re not just running against time… you’re racing physics.
I made it. Barely. Heroically. Like an action movie, but with way less dignity.

Ordered 4 piece chicken strips. Thru DoorDash. So of course they gave me chicken that has been sitting for hours. It was hard as a rock and literally inedible. My dog wouldn’t even eat it and I’ve watched him eat cat shit out of litter box. There is no way this was an accident. They knew they were serving me food that should have been discarded hours ago. Called to speak to manager and could not reach anyone. Because they don’t answer the phone at night. Probably because of the shitty food they consistently serve. I will never order from Taco Bell again.

i would like to start off by saying stephane the manager in charge on september 30,2025 @9:20 am, i appreciate her performance as a manager to fix my problems with the other manager on shift as well, she would not tell me her name, but there is no reason that a costumer should hear the MANAGER talk about a customer, i personally work in fast food, and the other manager i was talking about wanted me to eat the food she had put her bare hands on, i asked her to remake A single taco because her nails has dirt and from underneath, then proceeded with to complain to women making my food, i was disappointed in the service today with the other manager who wouldn’t give me her name, but i will applaud stephane for being professional about the situation and the young lady making my food as well. stephane asked the other manager to apologize and she proceeded to give me a half asked apology and when stephane asked her to mean it, she rolled her eyes and said she just woke up and was not wake enough, this is unacceptable as a manager to treat her customers like this, i loved stephane’s behavior and how she fixed the situation, but as a manager not having people skills is a red flag. thank you stephane and addie (i think that’s her name for helping me in this situation) this picture i put as well is unacceptable

I went through the drive through and they said I could only get 6 items and when I tried getting an extra cheese cup they counted counted it as an item so I had to go somewhere else because that couldn’t feed my family with only 6 items terrible service.

Food was not up to standards chips taste stale did not put extra meat on the nachos when paid for it nuggets were unsatisfied not what you expected overdone hard as a rock for people’s advice do not get the nuggets at Taco Bell and Knox you will be disappointed

Today I went through the drive through and ordered food for myself and my family. I got to the window, paid, and realized I forgot to order nacho fries. The cashier, Hayley C, quickly asked for an order to be made and didn’t charge me. I was surprised and very grateful!

Had a large order that was promptly and accurately made. The food was even still fairly hot after a 15 minute drive home. None of the fillings tasted as if they had been sitting for a while and the appearance was above par as far as fast food goes. The employees were polite and helpful. The only reason this gets 4 stars is that it is Taco Bell and the food can be satisfying but that is about the extent of it. As for the atmosphere I feel like I’m at TB, not much to tell there.

Taco Bell is not known for the quality, speed or friendliness that other establishments pride them selves for. Taco Bell has Baja blast and something reminiscent of a burrito and taco. I do not come to Taco Bell for someone to greet me with a smile and provide me a 5 star experience.
All that said, the food at this Taco Bell may be the best in the state, the food was out in 2 minutes flat. That’s unheard of anywhere else in the country. The food was of decent quality, and the expediency of my gastrointestinal distress was as expected (quick).
In a few less words, this Taco Bell is quick and bucks the trends of other Taco Bell’s, for a quick bite passing through this hit the spot.

Order a 12 pack of tacos and cant even eat it. Lettuce is brown, wet and nasty. Spoke to night shift manager and only thing she did was apologize. We will never eat here again!
