Ever since the new owner took over, this Subway has gotten so much better! The ingredients are fresher, the service is friendlier, and everything runs more smoothly. Definitely worth coming back!

I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Shashank. He was friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was just right. His engaging attitude made my visit enjoyable. I’ll definitely be back for more!

I went to Subway with a friend, and both of our sandwiches were poorly made and missing product. One sandwich was missing cheese and BACON, something that has to be paid more for. Mine was missing cheese as well. She barely talked to us, and my bread was hard for my sandwich. I have been to plenty of Subways and never had this issue.

Visited on 12/5/2017 – There was a new worker preparing the subs, and doing just fine, with the exception of putting too much bacon on the sub. Another employee (I am assuming a manager) was verbally abusing this worker while we were standing there. He continued to belittle this employee the remainder of the time we sat there. Additionally, someone was waiting in line for their sub, and the new worker greeted him. The manager screamed at the worker and told him not to talk to anyone who was in line with their phone out. Again, verbally abusing this employee. The food we had was good, and the manager gave us free drinks (unassumingly because of the scene), but both the person I was with and myself felt very uncomfortable witnessing this. Several people’s body language in the store told me the same thing. Like I said, food was fine, store was relatively clean, but I will not be going back due to the work environment that I witnessed.

Today (7/14/17) I went to this Subway with my friends from jazz camp and the manager (Sam) there was extremely rude to us. He threatened to kick us out of the store along with the person behind us that decided to stand up for us and asked “why are you being so rude to these kids”. I do not recommend going to this location, but I did have a much better experience earlier this week at Boardwalk Cafe which is next door.

Manager ‘Sam’ was extremely rude. I think he forgets that the customers buying things from his store should be treated respectfully. He was rude before I even started ordering and became more and more of a d*ck thoughtout the transaction. Service was not the only thing lacking. The food was sub par and messy. The only good thing was the younger employee with a lip ring. He was in good spirits despite working with an a**hole. Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this store. Save yourself some anger and frustration.

I recently went here for a quick bite to eat and there was an extremely rude teenager working there by himself. My wife and I have underlying medical conditions that prevent us from wearing masks and he screamed at us upon sight. We tried to calmly explain to him our situation and that the county makes an exception in the mandate. Nothing fazed his rhetoric as he threatened us with the police. I think people have gotten a taste of authority and have gotten used to being able to shout orders and boss others around and don’t want to let it go now that the country is reopening. His little power trip counted for jack as every other subway I have gone to didn’t care one iota about masks.

I visited on 7/14/17 with a group of friends. I had not ordered but some of my friends were pretty much at the end of the line and paying for their meal. The manager, (Sam) who only has one tooth, was working the bread and meat station. I started humming very quietly, to myself, and Sam yelled at me, “Stop singing, I can’t hear what the girls are ordering, as the other women working were taking my friends’ orders. I had misheard him, as he speaks very weirdly with only one tooth, and asked for clarification multiple times. I understood him, finally, and I said, “Oh, I’ll stop humming now.” My friend was laughing beside me so Sam said, “Oh, do you have a comment to make now? You’re friend’s laughing, I’m waiting for your comment.” He said this all very abrupt and very loud while he was 3 feet away from me: on the other side of the counter. I didn’t respond at all so that he wouldn’t mistake anything I said for backtalk or a smarta** comment. The man behind me heard all of this and stepped in saying, “Why do you have to be so rude to these kids? You’re being so rude and abrupt and yelling at these kids.” Sam responded with, “You can leave. I don’t have to make you a sandwich.” Horrible, horrible experience. Sam should be terminated from his job immediately, as this is not the first time something like this has happened.

I wouldn’t even be writing this review if the guy that was working had been awake when I arrived to order a sandwich. He was sitting at a table with his head down sleeping and then proceeded to tell us that he partied too much last night and he was tired. The question is, why isn’t he at home instead of at work

Today I went to this area Subway because I’m normally pleased with the service, however, today the manager was rude and very nasty to not just me but my grandchildren who could not make their minds up about what they wanted. After the experience with him, his wife, who was the check out register, was just as indignant as her alleged husband/manager. It got so bad that I asked for someone else to help me, but this manager /worker kept talking.
I will NOT EVER go back after the horrific treatment my grandchildren and I sustained.
