Honestly, this Burger King surprised me in the best way. The staff was super friendly the second I walked in, like actually happy to help, not fake customer service smiles. They got my order right, didn’t rush me, and were just really cool about everything.
The service was fast too. I barely had time to check my phone before my food was ready. And the place felt clean and chill, which made the whole experience even better.
Overall, it was just a really good visit. Good food, great people, and vibes that make you want to come back. Definitely one of the better Burger Kings I’ve been to.

It was late evening after attending a concert and wanted to grab something before heading home. Fortunately they were open and would have been closing in like an hour or 2. Burgers were ok. Fries was good. Just made. We asked for no salt, and they complied. The server/ manager was nice and the center was empty and quiet and we sat quietly and ate our burgers.

The morning manager here is an absolute sweetheart! I love this Burger King because the service is always fast, and the food is consistently hot and fresh. She is so kind, friendly, and truly brightens my day. I always stop at this location to start my morning on a good note. Highly recommend this BK for great service and a great start to the day!

My food was NASTY! Fries were full of salt I had to use a napkin to get the salt off. My burger was disgusting I wouldn’t even eat it. It had a weird taste and the patty was pink! I was told one price but was charged a different price! I didn’t realize until I looked at my bank statement

This manager was obviously having a bad morning today. She was very rude on the drive thru speaker also at the window. She rushed me and then told me if my order is wrong not to be mad at her and how I was holding up her line. Your a manager you should know about great customer service also you have a team looking up to you. Burger King you have to do better when choosing your managers. Btw the food was nice and fresh!

Love the updated look. No freestyle machine. Old soda machine was broken. Used the kiosk, they still have to fix the “now serving” order. I was waiting..waiting..and finally had to tell the cashier Where’s my order?!”

Saturday at 9:10pm we ordered inside and my husband was being kind and opened the door for some people at the door. Amber rudely and loudly said “Doors are locked for a reason” and continued running her mouth …. “Common sense blah blah blah. Extremely poor customer service sorry it took an extra 5 minutes to serve a paying customer. We didn’t know your lobby was closed as we had entered only a few minutes prior and there was also still people dining in there. We were just being helpful and friendly not like you. You definitely need to get some customer service training if you want to make it in life.

Overall great experience at the Burger King. The manager I believe, Amber was great. She took care of everything. I would definitely visit again especially if Amber is there! Hawk Tuah!

Walked in to an open lobby at 9pm with other people still dining inside. Shortly after walking in. I saw a guy at the door and opened it for him. But oh no! Here comes Amber. The only thing bigger than a triple whopper is Amber’s mouth. She started complaining about how the doors are locked for a reason. Which first of all, I obviously don’t work there. So how am I supposed to know the doors are even locked? Secondly they open from the inside without any issue, so again. How am I supposed to know they’re locked? She continued running her mouth in the kitchen the entire time until we got our food. The manager didn’t seem to care, which is fine, because working with Amber must be stressful enough. Amber,I hope one day you find a career you actually enjoy that doesn’t involve customer service. Because at BK, you’re not having it your way. In the mean time, maybe you should stay in the kitchen and not interact with PAYING CUSTOMERS since you seriously lack the skills.

The workers have always been nice here the only issue I have here is that someone that works there have a confederate flag in their car window parked right by the doors I don’t like it and i don’t want anyone with that kind of hate making my food
