I see a lot of reviews that say the food is good. It’s true. But it’s a chain so they’re the same everywhere. When you have a chain like this you need good customer service, which isn’t the case at this location. They have some major issues. Wrong pizza made, employees behind the counter having no idea what’s going on. It was a mess. And sadly, it wasn’t even busy. Won’t be back to this location. They need some serious employee training.

Amazing customer service! I was pretty careless and dropped half of my pizza on the floor. I was cleaning it up when the lady at the cashier came by and said they would make another one and had someone come out to help clean up. They made another pizza exactly like what I ordered in a couple of minutes and it was great!

Pizza was good, but customer service was lackluster. Preparer spoke softly and was hard to hear as I had to ask him frequently to repeat himself. The cashier was laying her head against the register periodically closing her eyes and the other employee was leaning against the counter yawning as she was waiting for pizzas to exit the oven. None of the three employees ever smiled and all three appeared tired and bored. I ordered my pizzas to go in person shortly after 5:00 today. This was only my second visit. I had a very similar experience with my first visit a few months ago. Lots of pizza places to choose from in the area and this one is at the bottom of my list.

Ordered after a long drive in from Iowa on business. Pizza arrived when they said they would, but the pizza was luke warm at best. Delivery driver wearing a leather jacket who appeared stoned out of his mind apologized because my garlic butter tipped over (lid popped off) and spilled everywhere. You know what, things happen, I was hungry. Garlic bread tasted like cardboard and was cold. Pizza wasn’t much better tasting. He offered to leave the pizza and return with more breadsticks, but like I said, I was hungry and didn’t want to wait at least an hour just for those. This place showed good reviews and great service, but it was the worst pizza I’ve had each visits to KC I’ve made. I even asked for plates and napkins. Apparently a restaurant doesn’t have those. This will be one place I don’t order from again.

It was one of favorite easy to go to ,get tasty food places. But ..they added the cauliflower crust ,dont like it, and at the similar time changed their gluten free crust to another brand. The new gluten free crust i dont like at all. Takes away from the flavors of the toppings.
Both crusts are always to thick or chewy, like never get crisp,and flavors are off for me. The last few stores i was in, people behind counter said basically they felt the same way about the crusts and that they were hearing that alot?
I’d go in for a big salad sometime. And hope who ever is puts it together remembers what goes in it!!

Awesome and yummy. Reminds me of a Subway or Chipotle. Pick what you want on your pizza and go down a line. Gluten free option too! Would be nice if they had organic options.

Terrible curbside pickup. I ordered pizzas 30 mins ago and they’re not ready. I called 3 times and was hung up on twice, because “we’re busy”. I walk in on the phone and the phone is ringing and the cashier finally picks up as I’m standing in front of her. Terrible customer service.
